I. General provisions.

1.1. This job description has been developed on the basis of the Order of the Ministry of Health and social development Russian Federation(Ministry of Health and Social Development of Russia) dated August 26, 2010 No. 761n, Moscow “On approval of the Unified Qualification Directory of Positions of Managers, Specialists and Employees, section “Qualification Characteristics of Positions of Education Workers.”

1.2. The scheduling manager is appointed and dismissed by the school director.

The scheduling dispatcher must have a higher professional qualification without presenting requirements for work experience or secondary professional education in the field of labor organization without presenting requirements for work experience, computer literacy (including skills in working with Word, Excel, office equipment (fax, copier, scanner, mini-automatic telephone exchange, software for electronic scheduling of educational and other training sessions) and communicative competence (including good command of Russian speech, communication techniques and professional etiquette).

1.4. The scheduling manager reports directly to the deputy director for academic affairs.

II.Functions

IV. Rights

  1.
