Conditions for receiving targeted training. Targeted reception

When preparing to enter a university, you need to consider all options. Hope for the best and prepare for the worst. A future applicant should know that in addition to commercial and budgetary, there is another option for admission - a targeted direction.

Targeted training - what is it?

A target direction is a so-called official request from an interested employer or state addressed to a university. In this request, the university is asked to provide several places to train students in certain fields. The target direction is issued individually, for one specialty and only in 1 university. The student, in turn, received free education, undertakes to work in a certain organization or for the benefit of the state for a certain amount of time (about 5 years).

Obtaining a targeted direction for training

You need to worry about submitting documents in advance - in the last school year. The person responsible for career guidance for graduates, the director or classroom teacher, you can act independently.

  • The future student must decide on the specialty that interests him and choose the appropriate university.
  • After this, you need to start looking for a company willing to pay for your studies. You must petition his leadership. In most cases, the decisive factor is the place where the parents work: the company tries to accommodate conscientious employees and pays for their child’s education. If a future applicant has difficulties choosing an enterprise, then you can contact the local administration. They always have contacts of organizations that cooperate on employment and training issues with district or city leadership.
  • Submit an application to the local administration, where you indicate the direction in which you want to study. If you were able to independently choose an organization that agreed to pay for the training and accepted an application there, attach it to the application.

How to get a targeted training direction - necessary documents

An application is submitted to the local administration to receive a target referral, which indicates: general educational institution, the class in which the child is currently studying. Indicate the university and desired specialty. It would not be amiss to attach a reference for the student written by the school director, as well as a petition from an organization that is interested in this specialist.

When submitting documents to an educational institution in the target field, the applicant provides the original certificate, Unified State Examination results and other required documents. Only in this case will his application be considered. Simultaneous admission on a general basis and in the target area is practiced, but is not particularly encouraged.

Pros and cons of targeted training

Advantages:

  • training for budgetary basis;
  • 100% employment after graduation from a higher educational institution;
  • providing places for all internships in government institutions;
  • possibility of receiving a scholarship;
  • support and assistance from the organization during training (collection of materials for scientific articles and coursework).

Flaws:

Whatever your plans and wherever you study, after completing your studies, you will have to go to work in the city in which you received the assignment. If a student studies at a prestigious Moscow university, after graduating from which he can be offered a decent job in the capital. However, if the direction for training was issued by the administration of the Irkutsk region, then he must return to the Irkutsk region.

Also, no one guarantees you a high-paying job. You may end up in an organization where you are required to complete training with low wages and no career growth.

Please note that with targeted training you will not be able to change your specialty. This is only possible with a close relationship between specialties. You will need to have a serious conversation with the donor organization and provide guarantees of good study.

Try to take advantage of every educational opportunity. If you are a purposeful and responsible person, then you will be noticed in the organization. You will have the opportunity to make a good career and receive a decent salary.

Practice has shown that few students understand what constitutes targeted admission at universities. Hence the problem: people do not fully understand who, how and where can use it?

Let's figure out together what a target referral to a university is, what the admission rules are and where you can use this service.

Target places almost every university has it. And in the largest universities the competition for these places is enormous

What is targeted training: advantages and disadvantages

Before looking for how and where to study the target direction (in Moscow or other major cities), you need to figure out whether you have the right to do this.

Targeted reception– this is enrollment in a university on a budgetary basis with a referral from a state enterprise or department.

If you are planning to go to university with a referral from a company, you should think twice. After all, this imposes an obligation on the future student to work at this enterprise for the period specified in the contract.

If you receive a targeted referral to universities in Moscow or other cities from government bodies, then you will have to work through the state distribution system.

Despite such complex and seemingly burdensome conditions, the target direction also has its advantages:

  • free education;
  • guaranteed employment after receiving a diploma;
  • lower competition for those who enter the target area;
  • The enrollment period for “targeted” students runs before the main competition. This means that if you are not accepted, you can participate in the competition along with others on the same terms;
  • an expanded social package (scholarship, provision of a dormitory, payment for a travel card and further by agreement), because, as a rule, the future employer provides it to the “target” student;
  • often - all possible assistance in collecting the necessary material (for example, when writing a coursework, dissertation) from the employer.

But there is only one lack of targeted directions to the university in 2018 and 2019, but what is it: compulsory service for a certain period of time with a future employer . And there is almost no escape from this, even if during your studies you suddenly realized that you were in the wrong direction and do not want to continue studying in your chosen course.

If you decide to go against the system, you will have to reimburse those who gave you the targeted direction for the funds spent on your training. It often happens that you have to reimburse not only the cost of training, but also that additional social package, and sometimes even moral damage. So the total amount can be increased by 2-3 times.

There are organizations that provide their employees with a more convenient work schedule during their studies.

Where can I get a targeted referral to a university/institute?

How to find such a “sweet” organization that will be ready to bear all the expenses, and then it would not be so difficult for you to undergo detention? You will be interested to know that in 2018, not only organizations, but also universities (often in Moscow) provide targeted directions. All that remains is to find out which ones.

So, here are a few nuances that will be useful for you to know:

  • Find out with which organizations/enterprises the university where you are going to enroll has an agreement on targeted admission. Typically, such information is contained on the university website. For example, MAI, MSTU im. N.E Bauman, MIPT;
  • find out if the relevant university can give you a referral to the university you are interested in government agency your area (for example, if you are going to medical school, ask for a referral from your region's Department of Health);
  • if you don’t know how to find a future employer, seek advice from the authorities local government(city administration). They often have freely available information about which organizations have submitted applications to the selected university in order to conclude a target agreement;
  • Consider whether it is possible to receive a targeted referral directly from an organization that interests you as a future employer. It is enough to “scan” leading companies and find out during a personal visit whether they would like to hire an excellent young specialist by providing a targeted direction now;
MIIT has an agreement on targeted cooperation with the Moscow Metro and Russian Railways; after RUDN, the target students go to Gidrospetsproekt and Mosenergo. And, by the way, Gazprom also cooperates with many top universities.

How to take a target direction to a university: step-by-step instructions

When should you do this? The earlier the better. Try to start collecting necessary information at least six months before graduation.

And here is an approximate algorithm of actions:

  1. Choose a direction that interests you.
  2. Start looking for an organization that will pay for your education (unless, of course, you are going to go on a budget). This can be either a company or a government agency.
  3. Collect a package of necessary documents.
  4. Conclude target agreement with your future employer (don’t forget to discuss additional “goodies” in the form of a travel card, health insurance, hostel, etc.).
  5. Take the documents for submission to the university, attach a copy of the target agreement to them.
One student can receive only one targeted placement at the university. It is not surprising that many employers operate a competitive system for those who approach them with such a request. Therefore, they will look at both the certificate and personal achievements, and will also conduct an interview.
If you have won prizes at the Olympics, this will be a big plus for the company.

Track the date of submission of documents for receiving a targeted referral. It is important to submit your application on time.

Documents for obtaining a target referral

To conclude a contract, have time to collect the following documents:

  • if you are a student, you will need a transcript of your academic records for the first 6 months graduating class with the seal of the school director;
  • If you graduated from school last year or earlier, please attach your education certificate;
  • if you are applying for a place at a university after college/technical school, attach a diploma of secondary specialized education;
  • photocopies of passport;
  • characteristics from the place of study (on request);
  • evidence of personal achievements (medals, certificates, diplomas, etc.).

In general, the essence of targeted training is clear: free education followed by work in an organization under a contract.

Many people are afraid of distribution. But we urge you not to panic. Firstly, approach the choice of such an organization wisely. If the company is reputable and directly related to your chosen industry, then you will not only get the opportunity to study for free, but also will not waste energy (like many of your fellow students) on finding a job immediately after receiving your diploma.

Secondly, you need to understand that the first couple of years after graduation, a graduate works for experience and image. A priori, he cannot receive much from the start. And working on the target area will be an excellent basis for your future work experience.

In the meantime, others are frantically looking for a way to avoid this very distribution, feel free to work it out. Any difficulty on your way will make you stronger. And if you prove yourself well, you can move up the career ladder.

However, the main thing is to graduate from a university so that later you can at least get a job. But don’t worry about it, because there will always be a reliable student service nearby, which will not give offense to tests, tests and exams!

When preparing for admission, applicants ask themselves a variety of questions: what to prefer - a budgetary or paid department, a state university or a commercial one, which department to choose in the future, will the specialty be in demand? Every year there are more and more opportunities. And recently another interesting option has appeared - targeted technique.

Extremely popular in Soviet times Targeting is back in fashion. Some see this as a return to government distribution. In reality, everything is much more democratic: whether or not to enroll in a direction from an organization is your decision, and working for five years after graduating from a university is not as strictly obligatory as in the old days.

The Russian government has long been seriously concerned about the decline in the efficiency of spending on training specialists. In some industries, for example in agriculture, medicine, education, there is an acute shortage of personnel. There is simply no one left to work in the most important areas that support the country’s economy and culture! Therefore, a State Personnel Training Plan, a Decree of the Moscow Government and about 25 more documents and orders appeared aimed at establishing educational process and revive targeted reception. And applicants have expanded their opportunities: they can apply to budget, commercial or targeted places.

According to the law of 2004, targeted training of specialists is carried out at the request of municipalities at the expense of the federal budget. A commission is created that finds out exactly what specialists the region's enterprises need and accumulates this information. The municipality also finds applicants for the target places.

But for now, the old targeted admission scheme continues to operate in universities: when applicants are sent by specific enterprises, which pay for their education. After receiving a diploma, you will need to work at this enterprise for at least three years or return all the money for five years of study.

Who and where

Among the target audience are not only yesterday’s schoolchildren, but also officials and seconded reputable specialists whom organizations send to obtain a second higher education or additional education for MBA programs.

Targeted admission is practiced in many well-known universities in Moscow: Peoples' Friendship University of Russia (RUDN), Russian State Medical University (RGMU), State University of Management (SUU), Russian Economic Academy named after. G.V. Plekhanov, All-Russian State Tax Academy of the Ministry of Taxes and Duties of the Russian Federation (VGNA), etc.

Typically, targeted admission for residents of Moscow and the Moscow region does not differ from that for residents of other regions and is regulated by the “Regulations on targeted admission.” However, for example, in agricultural universities, preference is given to children from the outback, who are sent by agro-industrial enterprises. And some educational institutions provide places specifically for accepting applicants from Chechnya or for graduates of schools in Moscow and the Moscow region. Thus, at the Moscow Pedagogical State University (MPGU) in 2006, Muscovites and residents of the Moscow region were allocated: 158 places for full-time training in different specialties, from history to computer science, and 24 places for part-time training. In some universities, “target students” are accepted only for full-time study (RGMU), in others - for evening studies (MSIU).

Competition is required

Applicants in the target area undergo a separate competition - as a rule, it is not large. However, in the secretariat of the Moscow State Agricultural Engineering University. V.P. Goryachkina says that it is difficult to predict. If, for example, this year there are few applicants, then next year enterprises may send too many applicants, and the competition will be no lower than for budget places. There are usually no restrictions on specialties; in the target area you can apply even to “Mechanization” Agriculture", even to "Economics and Enterprise Management". The only "but" is that the direction indicates a specific faculty, and you will not be able to immediately switch to another.

The number of target places is regulated by educational institutions. The main condition is that admission must be based on a competition. The rules of some universities set a minimum of 2 people per place, others - 1.2. If there are too few applicants, then places are cut. But to increase the number of places after the start entrance examinations the university has no right.

Usually, in order to be among the students, it is enough to pass the exams with at least C grades. Let's say, for state employees the passing score can be 40, and for target students for the same specialty - only 29. Moreover, in some universities, for example at Moscow State Mining University (MSGU), the admissions committee, when personally considering the issue, takes into account such merits of the applicant , such as participation in competitions, his own creative developments, awards - and can enroll him in the first year, even if he did not pass the competition.

be careful

To get a referral and enter a university through targeted admissions, you need to contact the director, who is ready to petition the municipality for you, or directly to the municipality, which receives applications from employers. Another option is to find an institution yourself that will agree to pay for your studies: it can be either a large state enterprise or a small commercial company. Elena, MIIT student: “I entered the target field in 2005, passing one exam with a B and two exams with Cs. I’m sure it’s easier to do this than to get into budget places, around which there is a constant buzz. It’s not such a secret that most of my target people you know received referrals from organizations where their parents work. Universities, in general, don’t care who sends you and from where, but for students and enterprises such cooperation is useful. By the way, if the target person doesn’t want to work, he can negotiate with you. company, leave and pay off the debt in installments."

It is better to submit the application at the end of May, and start dealing with this issue even earlier - in winter-spring. Along with the application to admissions committee you need to bring a tripartite agreement, which is concluded between the Customer (company), the Contractor (university) and the Consumer (you). Be careful when signing the contract, read and discuss all its clauses with your parents or friends knowledgeable in legal matters. The papers may indicate that you need to work for three years, or maybe ten...

How to correctly prepare documents will be explained by the university admissions committee and the municipality or personnel department of the organization. The agreement must be signed by the manager, chief accountant of the future employer and certified with a seal. If you do not have time to submit the contract to the admissions committee within the prescribed period, you will be removed from participation in the competition for targeted training.

During study, force majeure circumstances are possible, which are also stipulated in advance in the contract. For example, if you are expelled from the university for poor academic performance, you will not be reinstated under the same conditions. If the reason is valid, then the contract will have to be concluded again, but taking into account the previous training period. There should be a deferral of fulfillment of contractual obligations in such cases as the provision of maternity leave, child care or academic leave.

There is a problem...

It is really easier to enroll in a major - only inveterate poor students do not get into the university on such preferential terms. Maksim, student at the State University of Management (SUM): “I wasn’t too worried about the competition. When the results were posted after the exams, the target students were marked separately. I saw my first four and realized that I would get in. The main thing for me is that the prospects are immediately clear: no need you can rack your brains about where to go to work, and you can even do an internship at “your” enterprise.”

The only problem for an ordinary applicant is getting a referral. It is easily given to future doctors, teachers and agricultural workers who are then ready to work in the outback. In universities of the relevant profile in some specialties up to 40% budget places are targeted. And in more prestigious educational institutions, relatives or children of officials often study at the expense of the state. Upon graduation, they find a compelling and valid reason not to fulfill the terms of the contract. So it turns out that the main idea of the targeted technique is practically not implemented.

The same applicants who enter through a general competition are dissatisfied with the innovation. Due to the fact that part of the budget places goes to targeted candidates, they have to withstand tougher competition. As a result, students study for free, who, perhaps, do not always deserve it, but managed to get directions. And those who are more capable end up “overboard” or are forced to pay for education themselves.

Some experts see a solution in “depersonalizing” the target technique. In other words, municipalities must provide information on the number of specialists needed, but not lists of target persons. And for the allocated places, universities will select the best of those who would like to study in the areas. And only after enrollment, first-year students will enter into contracts.

In any case, it is too early to judge how well the targeted approach has justified itself, whether it has more pros or cons. This will probably be revealed in the future as current students join the ranks of graduates.

Essential question: how can an applicant get a referral?

Valentin Vinogradov, first vice-rector – vice-rector for educational work MIIT:

– To enter the Moscow State University railways under the conditions of targeted training, it is necessary to present the referral to the organization with which the university has concluded an agreement on such training, pass entrance exams and pass the competition. Branches of JSC Russian Railways, the Transstroy group of companies, the Moscow Metro, research and design institutes (VNIIZhT, VNIIAS, Transelektroproekt), etc. regularly send applicants to our university.

Nikolai Ostanniy, head of the department for organizing new admissions at Moscow State Pedagogical University:

– Applicants to our university are sent by the district education departments of Moscow. A high school student can contact the school director with a request to send documents for targeted admission to Moscow State Pedagogical University, indicating the faculty and specialty. Subsequently, the university graduate will work in one of the schools in the district.

The introduction of targeted admission is useful for both universities and students: the applicant is initially clearly career-oriented, knows his goals, studies better, and upon admission can take part in two competitions at once - regular and targeted.

Elena Martynenko, head of the department for organizing the admission of students to RUDN University:

– Targeted admission to RUDN takes place on the basis of bilateral agreements between RUDN and constituent entities of the Russian Federation, as well as agreements between RUDN and large enterprises, mainly in the Moscow region: LLC Special Design and Survey Institute "Gidrospetsproekt", OJSC Energy and Electrification "Mosenergo", etc. .

Current education is quite expensive, and not everyone can get into the few budget-funded places. But there is another lifeline for applicants - this targeted training.

What is targeted learning?

Targeted training is an opportunity to study for free in the direction of an enterprise or institution. It is formalized by a tripartite agreement between a government institution, a university and a student. After completing his studies at the university, the graduate must work for 3 years in the organization that sent him for training and paid the entire cost of his studies. If the student does not want to work, he must return the full cost of training paid to him by the company.

Pros and cons of training in the target area

Advantages:

– guaranteed employment after graduation;
– training on a budget basis;
– the opportunity to receive a scholarship;
– providing a place for introductory and pre-diploma internships in government agency;
– assistance and support from the organization during training (assistance in collecting materials for coursework and scientific articles).

The disadvantages of this type of study are that no matter where you study and no matter what your plans are, after graduating from university you will have to work in the city in which you were given the assignment. For example, a student studied at a prestigious Moscow university, after graduating from which he can work in a decent job in the capital. But, for example, the direction to study was given by the administration of the Irkutsk region. This means that he is supposed to return to the Irkutsk region.

Apart from such situations, no one promises you high wages. It may also happen that the organization in which you are required to complete your training will have low wages or lack of career growth.

Also, do not forget that with targeted training, changing your specialty will be impossible. Only if it is not closely related to another. In any case, you will have difficult negotiations with your donor organization. And, of course, you will be expected to do well in your studies.

How to apply for targeted training?

To do this, it is necessary to go through a competitive selection, since the number of target places is limited. At the university where you plan to study, you need to fill out an application for targeted study and provide it to the admissions committee along with a referral issued by the organization.

In fact, applicants have to endure two competitions. An enterprise can independently establish the form and rules for conducting internal selection among applicants wishing to enroll in the target field. Based on its results, the organization recommends several people for the allocated number of places, among whom are already at the university level, according to general rules reception, also hosts its own competition. It is carried out on the basis Unified State Exam results. Usually GPA those entering targeted places are lower than those who enter budget places.

The order for the enrollment of “target students” appears before the order for the enrollment of other students. This is a plus for those applicants who did not pass the target selection - there is still time to submit documents on a general basis.

What are the chances of getting to the target location?

In fact, the chances are not that great. The lists of those whom the enterprise will apply to at the university include applicants who are already in some way familiar with this enterprise. It turns out that you should preferably be familiar with the organization from school.

Many business managers “look out” for future personnel precisely at the stage when they are in school. What ways are there to get noticed by an organization? For example, all kinds competitions which she conducts among students in the region. Or meetings with schoolchildren at the enterprise, thematic olympiads, the organizer or sponsor of which it is. Managers observe: who’s eyes light up, who expresses interest, who shows themselves with the best side- he has every chance of getting on the coveted list of applicants.

The “targeted” students usually also include applicants whose parents long years work at the enterprise and enjoy authority. Children often choose their parents' profession, and in such cases, management meets them halfway.

Also, the chances are high for those who have an average special education and is already working at the company. Usually, the university management supports their desire to continue their studies and receive higher education and gives direction.

In what cases can you not work off the cost of training?

Of course, after graduating from university, not everyone will want to work off their debt. This is where some students begin to look for ways to get off track. A valid reason for refusing to work is:

– disability of the 1st or 2nd group of the graduate, his wife/husband or one of the parents;
- maternity leave;
– the presence of a child under 3 years of age or under 6 years of age, if, according to the conclusion of the VKK (medical advisory commission), the child needs care;
– single mother or father with a child under 14 years of age;
– a university graduate leaving for the army;
– admission to an institute or university, if the graduate graduated from a technical school or college.

Yet again, Each organization has its own requirements. In some places, joining the army, for example, will not free you from service, but will simply delay this period. So, on such issues, it is better to talk directly with your future employer and clarify the conditions with him.

Termination of the contract due to the fault of the customer can be carried out if the company is unable to provide the graduate with a job in the specialty in accordance with the medical report, as well as in the event of bankruptcy of the customer.

Which universities in Irkutsk accept applicants for targeted training?

Targeted recruitment, as a rule, takes place in industry universities (energy, oil and gas, transport, light industry and others). Everything in Irkutsk state universities recruit students for targeted training.

In some places, admission to target places is carried out practically in all directions:

Some universities only accept in certain areas:

– Irkutsk State University. There are targeted places at the Institute of Mathematics, Economics and Informatics in all its profiles. They are also available in some specialties of the institute. social sciences, international institute economics and linguistics, law institute and the Faculty of Geology.

– Baikal State University of Economics and Law. Targeted recruitment takes place in the following specialties: jurisprudence, economics, management, state and municipal administration.

– Irkutsk State Linguistic University is recruiting “target students” for some specialties of the Faculty of Humanities and Pedagogy, Translation and Translation Studies, oriental languages, social sciences and European languages.

– Irkutsk State Medical University. There are targeted places in such specialties as general medicine, pediatrics, preventive medicine, dentistry, medical biochemistry and pharmacy.

Take every opportunity to get an education. If you are responsible and goal-oriented person, then you will definitely be noted in the organization. In the future, you will have the opportunity to make a career and receive a decent salary.

The target direction for training is a way to get an education through one of a whole list of enterprises: from a huge government structure to an individual private company. It does not matter whether a person has a higher education or not yet. After all, both a schoolchild and an already working citizen can become a target student. However, in exchange for paying for studies, a person will have to work for a certain time in a given company or department.

Targeted training is regulated by Article 56. It implies the opportunity to receive both specialized secondary and higher education in any city in Russia.

What is the target direction to a university?

The target referral to a higher educational institution is an opportunity to develop a highly qualified specialist for the employer and to receive a free higher professional education for the student.

There are 2 types of target direction depending on the sending organization:

  • state;
  • private.

It depends on this whether the student will enroll in a budgetary or commercial department. According to Article 71_1 of Law No. 273-FZ, the list of enterprises that give the right to budget training includes:

  • federal, regional or local authorities;
  • unitary enterprises;
  • government-owned companies or corporations and their affiliates;
  • departments involved in the defense industry;
  • business companies in whose monetary capital there is a share of budget funds, as well as their subsidiaries;
  • JSCs whose shares belong to the state.

Target direction – pros and cons

The target direction has its advantages and disadvantages.

The list of student privileges includes the following items:

  • simplified admission process due to a reduced passing score;
  • guarantee of employment after completion of studies;
  • an earlier admission process, which gives time for admission to another university on a general basis if the competition for target places is not passed;
  • the opportunity to receive additional bonuses in the form of an extraordinary place in a dormitory or an addition to a scholarship (of course, if they are specified in the contract).

Due to the fact that the number of budget places for targeted students is limited, if there are numerous applicants, a competition is held, the result of which depends on the Unified State Examination scores. Therefore, you should devote your time to preparing for exams and not hope that a place at the university has already been secured.

However, targeted training also imposes certain obligations, which can become disadvantages for the student:

  • the need to work for a certain period of time for a company, usually without career growth or salary increases;
  • the need to go to work where the leader sends (often students who have graduated under federal programs are distributed to rural areas);
  • responsibility to pass exams on time and get high grades.

Where can I get a referral for targeted training?

Getting a targeted referral to a university is easy. The future student needs:

  • choose a specialty;
  • find a suitable university;
  • find out what target areas the university accepts students for;
  • if there is a suitable specialty among the areas, find out with which companies the university has entered into an agreement on the target area;
  • contact the appropriate organization;
  • conclude a contract with the manager.

You can go another way: first find a company, find out which universities it has entered into agreements with, select the university and specialty you are interested in, and then conclude an agreement with the future employer. Of course, you will have to go through an interview, show your school performance and diplomas for participating in various olympiads and educational competitions(if a student is applying for target studies). The contract is concluded 6 months before passing the Unified State Exam. On behalf of the company, a request is sent to the local administration regarding the need to train a certain specialist. The application must indicate the personal data of the future student, the name of the educational institution from which he graduated, the desired university and specialty.

If a person wants to enter medical University, he needs to contact either the Ministry of Health or private clinics. It must be taken into account that in order to receive a referral to a medical institute from a private clinic, you must have a secondary school diploma medical education. In this case, the purpose of study will be to improve qualifications. A targeted student sent for training by the Department of Health must be prepared for the fact that after graduation he may be sent to work in rural areas. The same condition applies to those who entered study with a referral from a state educational institution.

If you want to become an employee civil aviation you need to contact the airline, for example, Aeroflot. To do this, you need to bring a VLEK certificate along with the standard package of documents, get a recommendation from an aviation psychologist, and also confirm your high level possessions English language from flight crew training specialists. In 2020, as part of the target quota, students were sent to one of three universities: St. Petersburg State University of Civil Aviation, UI GA or MSTU GA.

To become an employee of Russian railways, you need to contact the railway personnel management service or the development and training department of a Russian Railways branch. Preference is given to applicants from remote line stations, children of railway workers, as well as those who have been trained at a nursery school. railway. Full information can be found on the official website of Russian Railways.

Documents for the target direction

Collecting the documents that need to be taken when visiting a future employer will take some time, so it is better to take care of this issue in advance.

The list of required papers includes the following items:

  1. a transcript of academic performance for the first semester of the graduating class with the obligatory stamp of the director of the educational institution (for the student);
  2. certificate of education (completed school);
  3. high school diploma vocational education(for college and technical school graduates);
  4. original passport with a copy;
  5. characteristics from the place of education (if necessary);
  6. papers showing the achievements of the future student.

At the university, when submitting documents to the admissions committee, the applicant must say that admission is in the target area.

Scholarship for holders of the target direction

The scholarship of a targeted student depends on the organization that sent him to receive education. It can be either increased or only a thousand rubles per year. All these conditions are specified in the contract that the future student concludes with the head of the organization. An additional scholarship to a student from a state company is paid from the regional budget, from a private entrepreneur or company - from the budget of the organization itself.

Also, targeted students have the right to receive an academic scholarship provided to all university students. Each educational institution can independently determine the criteria for issuing a scholarship. In any case, its size depends on academic performance (grades and timely closure of the session). Also, an academic scholarship is provided to all first-year students enrolled on the budget. Thus, students sent to study by private companies can only count on monetary support from their future employer.

How much do you have to work for free study?

After receiving a diploma, the graduate is required to work off the funds spent on it. That is, for some time he cannot resign from the company that sent him for training. The term of service is specified in the contract that the future student concludes with the company. Therefore, before signing the contract, it is so important to carefully read all its clauses. In particular, it is necessary to pay attention to whether the employer pays only for a bachelor’s degree or also for a master’s degree, graduate school, residency, etc. After all, the time of study can influence the subsequent period of work, during which the student will not be able to change jobs.

According to Law No. 273-FZ, the period of service cannot be less than three years.

Of course, there are a number of reasons why a student may not work off his or her studies legally:

  • if the student has become disabled or acquired a disease due to which he cannot work in his previously desired specialty;
  • upon liquidation of the organization or university itself.

If subsequently the customer cannot provide the student with a job, he is obliged to pay him compensation in the amount of three salaries. If the terms of the contract are violated by the student, he is obliged to reimburse all amounts spent on it within three years.
