The work of the Nemiga club is coordinated by the leading bibliographer of the intersettlement library - Svetlana Mikhailovna Maslenko. Thanks to research work, the library received materials and photographs from the personal family archives of local residents. The card file of creative people, natives of the Pochep region, was replenished with 25 new names. The previously published book "Pages of the History of the Pochepsky District" (compiled by Maslenko S.M.) was republished in 2011 because of its relevance.

CLUB "Ogorodnik" The club "Ogorodnik" is successfully working in the library. It is very popular with the residents of the city. Its meetings are held in a warm and friendly atmosphere. At the meetings, club members are offered not only topics related to gardening, truck farming, but also informative information hours dedicated to the work of readers, poets, composers.

The new is the well-forgotten old. The same can be said about out-of-hospital services for readers, in the sense that this work began to be carried out in a new format. The area's librarians have always worked as booksellers, delivering books home to those who cannot visit the library. In 2011, 43 readers were served at home. The 21st century made its own adjustments to out-of-hospital services: a complex of information library services (KIBO) appeared in the Tyutchev BONUB, with the help of which the city of Pochep and the village of Alekseevsky were served in the Pochep district. In 2011, 355 documents were issued to 65 readers. With the help of the KIBO information base and the possibility of accessing the Internet, the residents of Alekseevsky village were able to satisfy information requests for the implementation of term papers, school reports. DVD and CDR discs were especially popular among children and adolescents. Older readers have social media. Employees of the department of extra-stationary services of the BONUB named after F.I.
