An undeclared war that was carried out. An undeclared war

Despite the fact that the operational decision on the introduction of a limited contingent of Soviet troops to Afghanistan was accepted only 13 days before it began, the individual parts began to flow back in early December 1979. However, the objectives of this action were not explained.

To coordinate the activities of representatives of all Soviet departments in Afghanistan, the Soviet office and the troops on December 13, 1979, the operational group of the USSR Ministry of Defense headed by the first deputy head of the head was formed General Staff Army General S.F. Ahromeev, who immediately left in Kabul. There, Soviet military representatives familiarized themselves in more detail with the situation and approved the input plan.

His idea was envisaged to carry out the commissioning of a limited contingent of Soviet troops to Afghanistan on two terrestrial and one air routes, the rapid occupation of all vital areas of the country and ensuring the success of the next state coup.

To the commander of the 40th Army of Lieutenant General Yu.V. TUCHARINOVA Plan of entering a limited contingent of Soviet troops to Afghanistan was brought on December 13 in the office of the commander of the Turkestan Military District General Colonel Yu.P. Maksimova. By this time, the headquarters and services of the Turkestan Military District were formed the headquarters of the Army from officers and generals of the headquarters. Member of the Military Council - General Major A.V. was appointed Head of Polit Management Tuscayev, Head of Staff General Major L.N. Lobanov, Head of Intelligence General Major A.A. Korchagin. Without losing time, they began intensive preparation of troops to the upcoming entry, which occurred almost openly. Mobilization of the assignment composition was carried out. On the polygons continuously combat fencing of units was continuously: in the area, the crossripes were cooked through Amu Darya.

The general directive for mobilization and the performance of readiness was not given. The troops were ready for certain orders after receiving the relevant oral instructions of the USSR Ministry of Defense. A total of about 100 compounds, parts and institutions have been deployed and downtown to the full state. For this, it was designed from the reserve of more than 50 thousand officers, sergeants and soldiers. First of all set combat connections and parts; The rear and repair parts and the 40th army bodies were minted in the last place, some already during the input of the troops. For the Turkestan and Central Asian Military District, it was the biggest mobilization deployment for everything post-war years. The time of transition of the state border by the USSR Defense Minister was established at 15.00 Moscow time (16.30 Kabulsky) December 25, 1979.

To the appointed time everything was ready. On the eve of the command office of the 40th Army, the First Deputy Minister of Defense of the USSR Marshal of the Soviet Union S.L. Sokolov. There was also the commander of the Troops of the Turkestan Military District, Colonel-General Yu.P. Maximov. They filed the command to the beginning of the input of Soviet troops in Afghanistan.

In the evening twilight, an avant-garde battalion of a motorized rifle shelf at the BMP of the 108th motorized rifle division (commander - Colonel V.I. Mironov) came up with pontoon bridge And delighted the territory of the neighboring state. Behind him during the night, the main forces of the Division began. By making a march, to the outcome on December 27, they focused in the areas of Baglan, Kunduz, Puli-Hurmi, Deshi. At this time, it was unexpectedly a new task was to change the route of movement and to 17.00 the next day to enter Kabul. By air in the capital, the transfer of the main forces of the 103rd Guards Airborne Division under the command of IF was launched. Ryabchenko. Parachute-land regiment was sent to the bar.

At 19.30, paratroopers seized all the key political and military facilities in Kabul and on his approaches, thereby reveaving the approach of faithful Amina troops to the capital. Arriving Soviet troops strengthened the protection of important administrative facilities, airfields, radio and television centers. On the night of December 28, the Afghanistan in the Heratsky direction entered the year, the 201st motorized rifle, division, part of which was taken under the control of the highway, connecting the city of Herat and the Schindad, in the subsequent zone of responsibility it expanded to Kandahar.

By mid-January 1980, the entry of the main forces of the 40th Army was mainly completed. On the territory of Afghanistan, two motorized rifle and one airborne division, ardent assault brigades and two separate shelf were fully focused. There were approximately 52 thousand people in their composition. It was implied that such a quantity would be enough to ensure the livelihoods of Afghanistan. It was believed that when entering and location, Soviet troops would not have to lead martialctionsSince the very presence of Soviet troops will act cut down on the rebels. Soviet military assistance was regarded then as a moral factor in support of the national authorities.

Entering Soviet troops in Afghanistan served as a signal and ensured the successful implementation of the government coup. On December 27, a small group of conspirators Amin was overthrown and executed. Babrak Karmal became the Prime Minister of the Republic and the Secretary General of the Central Committee of the NDPA. The first step of the new government was released from prisons 15 thousand political prisoners and calls to refugees to return to their homeland. However, these measures contributed a little to normalize the situation in the country, the majority of the population of which without enthusiasm perceived the arrival of foreign troops. This immediately used the opposition, which in the face of B. Karmal saw not only a political opponent, but also the famine of Moscow. Tied two reasons, oppositionists have intensified their activities almost throughout Afghanistan, bringing it soon to open armed speeches, primarily against Soviet troops.

According to the nature of the military-political tasks and the peculiarities of the armed struggle, the fighting of the Soviet troops in Afghanistan can be divided into four periods. The first period (December 1979 - February 1980) included the commissioning of a limited contingent of Soviet troops to Afghanistan, placing it on garrisons, the organization of protection and defense points of permanent deployment and the most important military-economic facilities, as well as conducting hostilities to ensure solutions to these tasks.

Already during the input and placement, the Soviet troops were forced to join fighting with the enemy. The direct participant of those events Lieutenant Colonel Mamyakin Nikolai Ivanovich recalls: "At the first stage of stay in Afghanistan, Soviet troops were in the garrisons, did not participate in hostilities. However, shelling from the opposition was subjected. Not even accepting participation in hostilities, the divisions carried losses and were forced to lead a retaliatory fire. " The Afghan servicemen believed that in the conditions of location in the country of the Soviet Armed Forces, all the responsibility for the fate of the revolution should fall on them. Such sentiments also expressed B. Karmal, who, from the very beginning, requested the leadership of the Operational Group of the USSR Ministry of Defense on the involvement of Soviet troops to active combat actions, because it does not hope for its army. These requests have raised their actions. The command of the Soviet troops was ordered to begin fighting together with the Afghan parts. It was believed that the main task in the defeat of the opposition should be solved by the Afghan army, and the Soviet troops - to facilitate the implementation of this task.

Winter in 1980 was difficult for Soviet soldiers. The hopes for the fact that the main tasks of the opposition will solve the Afghan army, they did not justify themselves. Despite a number of activities to increase its combat readiness, the government army remained weak and unable. Therefore, the Soviet troops carried the bulk of the fight against the detachments of armed opposition. The rebellious formations acted against the Soviet troops relatively large forces, did not leave a direct clash with them. This made it possible to carry out the defeat of large counter-revolutionary groups in Faizabad, Talikan, Tahara, Bogan, Jalalabad, and other cities.

The leaders of the Afghan opposition, encountered with a powerful real force, quickly concluded that if large groupings remain unchanged, they will be crushed. Refusing the tactics of action by large forces, they broke all their formations into groups and detachments with a number from 20 to 100 people and switched to partisan actions. In this regard, in front of the Soviet troops in a new way, issues of the use of forces and means in the struggle against small, extremely mobile groups of Dushmanov, who used the maneuverable tactics of actions. Attempts by the command to organize the offensive on the detachments of Dushmans by major military compounds according to the rules of the classical war and the persecution of their effect did not bring.

The flaws were influenced in the preparation of Soviet troops for a number of issues. Own extensive experience in combating bass quality in Central Asia was thorough forgotten. The later rich experience of the fascist Germany of the period of the 2nd World War and the armies of other countries in the conduct of counterpartisan actions in local wars has almost been studied. Therefore, Soviet warriors sent to Afghanistan were forced by samples and mistakes in a new way to form military art of combating unusual opponent for them. This reduced the effectiveness of the fighting, led to unjustified losses. Thus, according to the memoirs of the former assistant department of the Division of Antonova Nikolai Ivanovich, during the operation in February 1980, the enemy skillfully used the miscalculations allowed by the Soviet command. So, the lack of side eating on the march in the mountains when extending to the place of operation turned into significant losses. The enemy, submitting the intelligence group and one of the battalion's mouth, which moved after the reconnaissance group, carried out the attack on the company, which was located in the center of the column. The shelling was carried out on both sides. The intensity of the fire was determined that the enemy grouping numbered 60-80 people. The actions of the enemy were so unexpected that the commanders of all degrees showed confusion and there was no team for the opening of at least the retaliatory fire. And then, when such a team was filed, the enemy left his position and left unpunishedly.

Nevertheless, in the first period, most of the forces and means of Soviet troops were involved in solving problems related to the protection of regime zones and communications. This task was performed up to 35% OKSV. The next task was associated with the protection and defense of the objects of Soviet-Afghan economic cooperation, the protection of airfields and the wiring of columns. As we see, all the tasks were specific. To fulfill their implementation, the Soviet troops had no experience, nor knowledge, since in the process of training officers, the performance of such functions was not provided and is not envisaged. There are no recommendations in the statutes and instructions on these issues, therefore these tasks had to be solved by practically the method of trial and errors.

Large difficulties in solving various operational and tactical tasks arose in connection with the unrelated life of Soviet troops. Due to the fact that in advance the base for the placement of a limited contingent of Soviet troops in Afghanistan was not prepared, in early 1980, only a minor part of the arrived parts and units could stay in more or less comfortable military towns. Most troops remained in the field in tent towns. To prevent a sudden attack of the enemy, a watchman was exhibited and threatened directions were mined.

Practical redocation of troops from some regions to others. At the same time, due to the fact that mine fields were not always shot, there were cases when the Soviet soldiers were undermined on their own mines.

The second period of stay of the OCSV in Afghanistan (March 1980 - April 1985) is characterized by the introduction of active large-scale hostilities mainly on their own, as well as together with the Afghan compounds and parts. It began with the fact that the 40th Army was strengthened by the 5th GW. motorized rifle division and two separate shelves. The total number of Soviet troops reached 81.8 thousand people (including in combat units ground Forces and Air Force - 61.8 thousand people). As part of these forces, there were about 600 tanks, 1500 BMP, 2900 BTR, 500 aircraft and helicopters, 500 artillery guns of various calibers.

The opposition, suffered a number of major military defeats in the first period of war, moved the main groups of their troops into hard-to-reach mountain areas, where it was almost impossible to use modern technique. In addition, they skillfully began to hide among the local population. Rebels skillfully used various tactical techniques. So, when meeting with the superior forces of the Soviet troops, they, as a rule, evaded the battle. At the same time, the dusts did not miss the case to apply a sudden blow, mainly using small forces. In fact, during this period there was a refusal of units of armed opposition from the positional struggle and maneuverable actions were widely applied. And only in those cases when the situation forced, battle was carried out. It happened during the defense of the bases and baseline regions or when the rebels were blocked and they did not have anything else, how to take the battle. In this case, the blocked detachments were in the near combat, which practically excluded the use of aviation and sharply prested the possibilities for the use of artillery, especially with closed fiery positions.

Under these conditions, the Soviet troops needed to look for new forms and ways of defeating the enemy. It was determined that only the elimination of basic areas could lead to certain results. The focus was focused on this task. True, its implementation required a significant amount of forces and means. Considering that the large percentage of troops was involved in solving other tasks, it was difficult to carry out such a task forces by one compound. Most often it was necessary to combine the efforts of several compounds and the creation of a single operational management (army headquarters). Such a form of hostilities was called "Combat Operation", or, in a broader sense of the word, simply "Operation".

The modern military-scientific interpretation of the term "Operation" means a set of agreed and interrelated, sites and time of battles, battles and blows carried out at the theater of hostilities (TVD) or a strategic (operational) direction for a single plan and plan to solve strategic and operational Tasks. According to the experience of the Great Patriotic War, the minimum number of troops participating in the operation was 70-100 thousand people. In Afghanistan, under the "Operation", several other methods and forms of the troops were understood. Depending on which the formations were attracted by force and who led them by combat actions, the operations were divided into army, divisional and even regimental. For the army operation, as a rule, the forces of one or two motorized rifle, as well as landing, artillery, engineering and disposal parts and divisions are only 10-15 thousand people. She was planned by the headquarters of the army, and the management of combat actions was carried out by the army command. Division and regimental operations were carried out mainly by the forces of compounds and parts under the guidance of their commanders. Most of Afghanistan was covered by combat actions. Especially actively they conducted along the main motorway and the eastern Afghan Pakistani border.

Transition from 1981-1982. Basically, raid maneuverable operations in the composition of individual reinforced battalions with widespread use of coverage and circumferences and targeting the helicopters of the ardent assault groups was evidence of the accumulated experience and increased combat mastery of commanders and troops. But they often did not give the necessary results. Major Petrov S.N., who has repeatedly participated in such operations during this period, recalls that mobile small detachments of dusts who knew well and enjoyed support among the local population, as a rule, found ways and opportunities to exit in advance. So, for example, the commander of the parachute regiment was tasked with the destruction of a well-armed group of rebel with a number of up to 40 people in the Parwa province. The regiment commander this task decided to perform the 3rd parachute tuning battalion. The battalion commander decided on the night of March 20, 1982 to be secretly highlighted in the village of Kislak Arhahalheyl and, blocking it with two parachute-landing companies, with one roth to make sinking a village. The reserve provided for to have one parachute targeted company. With the risk of combat battalion supported an artillery division and two pairs of Mi-24 helicopters.

On the night of March 20, the battalion began to make a march on the route Bagram - Arhalhal. Ahead of it at a distance of 300 m advanced a combat recruitment watch. The route was held on a wide straight road, along which the left was drawn, and the concreted channel was 5 m wide and a depth of 2.5 m. At the most unexpected moment through the loopholes in Duvale, almost to the focus, a volley was made by a sentigible suspension, which caused Survivors to seek salvation in the canal. From the house, which was 150 m from the ambush place, along the canal opened the fire gun. The battalion column stopped, and his commander caused fire of artillery and helicopters. And only after the rebels stopped the fire, the departments were made by the departments in order to cover the enemy, including the reserve. But the enemy, opening the hurricane fire, took advantage of the kyarizov system and carried out a waste. The persecution and continuation of the fighting has not made sense.

At this time, a number of shortcomings of severe military equipment was revealed, which turned out to be unsuitable in mountainous conditions. Tanks, fighting machines infantry and self-propelled artillery facilities were tied to roads and had no operational space for their application. Modern high-speed jet aircraft often could not effectively support terrestrial troops with air blows. The use of combat helicopters, at the first time, the most effective means of combating dubs in the mountains, was significantly limited to the advent of Stinger's last portable anti-aircraft missile systems. All this did not slow down to affect the effectiveness of operations and battles, which often did not reach the intended goals.

For the Soviet command, it became increasingly obvious that it would not be possible to completely defeat the rebels in a short time. The main reasons for military failures, and even a certain expansion of the scales of the partisan war of Afghan Mujahedov were not in the military sphere, but in political. Parchamists who came to power led by Barbak Karmalem did not meet hopes assigned to them. Rehabilitating the convicted amine, the new leadership itself fell on the path of violence and tensions. The uncompressed and premature transformations in the village led to an increase in discontent. Afghan army, despite its numerical increase and saturation of parts of the Soviet military equipment And weapons, in the conditions of political instability in the country remained almost incapable. Therefore, the Soviet troops of the most logical circumstances were deeper into the course of the civil war.

By introducing their troops to the territory of Afghanistan, the Soviet government and the Soviet military command did not take into account the national historical factors of this country, its centuries-old history of combating various conquerors. In the consciousness of Afghan, the idea was firmly strengthened that any foreigner entered into a country with a weapon is an ingenic occupant with which it is necessary to fight. Military command made another mistake. Initially among the fighters soviet unitsThe representatives of Central Asian peoples were introduced into Afghanistan. Obviously, the command proceeded from considerations that the warriors of these nationalities will find a greater understanding of the relatives of Afghanistan. However, in fact it had the opposite effect. Pashtun tribes that became an active link of the anti-government movement, historically always begun with the national minorities from the north. The emergence of Uzbeks, Tajiks and Turkmen was an additional annoying factor who skillfully used agitators and propaganders of counter-revolution. The forces of the armed opposition increased. So, if in 1981-1983 On the territory of Afghanistan, the number of active armed formations of Mujahideov was about 45 thousand people, then in 1985 there are already 150 thousand people. They controlled all the main agricultural areas of the country. The United Afghan-Soviet Armed Forces operating in Afghanistan, which consisted of about 400 thousand people in their composition (of which the Soviet troops are about 100 thousand), mainly controlled the city and their binding of their highways.

The intensity of the armed struggle of the opposition was continuously increased, which increasingly took the form of maneuverable offensive and defensive actions of large semoregular formations. From the second half of 1984, an attempt was made to create separate gangs of the Mujahideen "Islamic regiments" in the composition of 3-5 battalions. The total number of the regiment was 500-900 people. Shelves sometimes combined into the "fronts", in which he had from one to several thousand people. In the arms, except for small arms, there was mountain artillery, mortars, rockets. In a hard-to-reach mining area, the rebels for the placement of their formations created basic areas with a well-organized multi-tiered fire system and engineering barriers.

The main force of the rebels was regional groups and detachments. Their goals, organizational forms and tactics of conducting hostilities were determined by local tribal and religious authorities - "field commanders", and the zone of action was limited by the areas of residence of Mujahideen. These formations, as a rule, did not have a permanent composition and organization. In case of danger, the dusts dissolved among the locals, which made them identifying almost impossible. The composition of the detachments and groups in socio-ethnicity was heterogeneous. Such formations included residents of one national ethnic group. In most cases, their commanders did not have a permanent connection with foreign organizations of the Afghan counterrevolution, but the main advantage was the active support of the local population.

Polurgular formations are usually created at bases and in the camps of Pakistan and Iran from Afghan refugees. They had a good military revenue and were armed enough. The actions of these formations were not tied to one district and were highly chained. The detachments and groups received specific tasks, after the execution of which, as a rule, returned to their downtocks, re-equipment and recreation. According to Western sources, their number amounted to no more than 5-8% of the total number of forces of the Afghan opposition. The composition of these groups included many declacial elements, and the actions themselves were mainly violent in relation to the local population (violent appeal, robbery, murder, etc.). With their actions, they built a wall of a certain alienation between the opposition and the Afghan people. The formation of this category was different in class composition, political goals and platforms. Emigrant organizations of opposition, separated by internal contradictions and ideological struggle, for which their main weakness was the lack of consistency, and often even military confrontation among themselves. An integral part of the armed formations of the counter-revolution was also terrorist groups operating in cities. They possessed a branched network deeply classified cells. Along with the implementation of terrorist acts, sabotage, sabotage, the inspiring of mass riots of the heads of the underground had the tasks of penetration into a partgosapeption, the army and the special services in order to undermine the state power from the inside.

During this period, one of the main tasks of the struggle with the armed opposition was the deprivation of its sources - the replenishment by returning to the homeland of Afghan refugees. But the resolution of this problem directly depended on the loyalty of the elected general political course of the government. In practice, as a result of gross mistakes, the number of refugees not only did not decrease, but also increased and amounted to about 5 million people in the second period. All attempts undertaken to overlap the routes of revenues to the territory of Afghanistan, fresh minjahedoots were not given.

The fact that the main means of combating armed opposition should not be the military actions of regular troops, and well-thought-out socio-economic, political and organizational and propaganda measures of power, led to a well-known modification of the tactics of the Soviet troops in Afghanistan - their abandonment of numerous "field »Operations against individual detachments and groups of dusts and focusing the basic efforts to hold strategically important areas and ensure the work of communications, from which the issues of supplying the local population with the necessary products and goods depended.

However, in practice, this policy did not always give the desired results, mainly due to the weakness of state power in the field. The result of many operations of the Soviet and Afghan troops was to create in the counties and voluthes of state authorities, called Orgladers. They included representatives of NDPA, ministries of state security, internal affairs, some other departments, as well as persons from among senior workers public organizations, Representatives of the clergy supporting the government of Afghanistan. To ensure the safety of the work of Orgyria, there was an army unit (as a rule, before the platoon). The trouble of such Orgyria was that it was small and did not possess real power. His leaders did not know how to lead political work with the local population, did not use authority. The influence of the Org Shedra was limited, as a rule, the kishak in which it was located.

After the operation is completed, the troops left a busy area and returned to the location of the constant deployment or moved to other areas of hostilities. The surviving rebels were returned to their place, restored their bases and expelled or destroyed Orgyadra. So repeated many times. For example, in the valley of the Panjucher River in the second period, 6 combat operations were conducted, but the government power in the area did not fix it. By the end of 1981, the activity and results of hostilities were to a certain extent, a large separation of personal composition was also affected, about 40% of which was thrown into solving objectives of protecting facilities and the normalization of life and life of a limited contingent of Soviet troops. First of all, it was necessary to build and landscaping numerous military towns. It took a large number for this. building materials And other equipment that was mostly delivered from the territory of the USSR. The flow of cargo sharply increased. To cope with the tasks to ensure construction and replenish all the necessary reserves for OCSV, a large number of battalions of security are deployed. Thus, by December 1, 1981, eight separate battalions of the provision, which were located in Bagram, Jelalabad, Kandahar, Curbah, Schindade, Kabul, Gazni, and Kunduza, were acted as part of the army. But these forces, as practice showed, it turned out not enough. In March 1984, two separate battalions of providing in Kabul and Kunduze were additionally formed. Consequently, taking into account the individual battalion of the provision, located in Kabul, and the army brigade of material support, located in the city of Puli-Hurmi back in the first period, by the end of the second period of these forces it turned out to be enough to cope with the tasks assigned to them. This is eloquently spoken by such facts such as the arrangement of the Garrisons of the OCSV location. Almost every garrison was created conditions not only for a normal recreation, but also successfully other issues of life were solved (dismantled complexes, libraries, clubs, etc.). The security system of troops in garrisons was improved. To this end, the approach to garrisons was covered with minefields, hosted on the access roads, in addition, the protection of objects inside the garrisons was established.

In the third period of his stay in Afghanistan (April 1985 - January 1986), the army troops performed, having the most numerous composition. The grouping of their terrestrial troops included four divisions, five separate brigades, four separate shelf and six separate battalions. As part of these forces, there were about 29 thousand units of military equipment, of which tanks, BTR, BMP to 6 thousand.

To ensure the actions of the air troops at the disposal of the commander there were four aviation and three helicopter regiments. The total number of personnel of OCSV reached 108.8 thousand people, including in combat parts - 73 thousand. It was the most efficient grouping for the entire period of stay of the Soviet troops in Afghanistan, however, the views on their application have changed significantly.

In connection with the change of leadership in the USSR, for the first time openly spoke about the Afghan war as a harmful phenomenon, an imposed country and the people with a small group of old politicians. In this regard, there was a tendency to continuously eliminate the Soviet troops from active combat activities, reducing the frequency and scale of operations and fighting, narrowing the boundaries of controlled areas. Frequent operations began to be carried out by the Afghan parts, and the Soviet side carried out their aviation, artillery and engineering provision. Only in exceptional cases, the Soviet command went to carry out large-scale operations. An example of this can serve as an operation conducted in 1986 by defeating the well-equipped database of the Mujahideen in the district of the host.

In this period, Afghan leadership began working on the creation of armed self-defense units through negotiations with local tribal leaders and elders. Where it was possible to achieve this, anti-government activities were stopped by residents who were tired to the limit from the fratricide war, and joy returned to peaceful work. The large political success of state power was the establishment of peace with a number of Pashtun tribes on the border with Pakistan. There were positive results at negotiations with local leaders and religious authorities in a number of other areas of the country, especially in the north.

Along with these events, a lot of work continued to strengthen the armed forces. Measures were taken to strengthen military discipline, the decisive fight against desertion began, the complete freedom of religion was proclaimed. The army introduced regular posts of Mullee and open courses on their preparation.

The reaction of the government opposition to reduce the combat activity of the Soviet troops was ambiguous. On the one hand, they took advantage of this to expand their spheres of influence in the country primarily a peaceful, ideological way. On the other hand, fearing the exit from the struggle of the large masses of the peasantry, tired of the war and the striking back to peaceful life, the Drain leaders were forced to constantly maintain tensions in the country, inflating the flame of the Civil War. The main groups actively actively were in the province of Lagar, Nangarhar, Pactya. And in May 1986, under the leadership of the commander of the army of General Major V.P. Dubynin in these provinces is held a number of operations in which the Soviet and Afghan troops took part. In the same year, an operation in the district of the host by defeating the basic opposition area is carried out. This operation was planned to hold only the forces of Afghan troops with the support of Soviet aviation. The head of the operation was appointed Deputy Minister of Defense, Major General Nabi Asima. During the operation, it became clear that for a number of reasons, the Afghan troops would not be able to solve the problem, and this will lead to a further drop in their moral spirit and authority. And Soviet troops took part in this operation, covering the flanks and rear of the Afghan group, supporting their fires. In the destruction of small groupings of opposition, Afghan troops acted on their own.

The main event of the third period of the war was the conclusion from Afghanistan in the second half of 1986 of the six regiments of the 40th Army (two motorized rifle, tank and three anti-aircraft rocket). As a result, the number of personnel decreased by 15 thousand people, tanks - by 53 units, BMP (BTR) - by 200 units.

The beginning of the fourth period was found in December 1986 by the Extraordinary Plenum of the Central Committee of the NDPA, which proclaimed the course for the National Reconciliation. By this time, sensible people became clear that the military decision of the Afghan problem does not exist. The adoption of the course of "National Reconciliation" reflected the situation in the country really, when it was impossible to achieve the end of the war by military means. However, the embodiment of reconciliation policies to life became possible only after the Soviet Union initiated a whole complex of preliminary measures created for this necessary soil. The main and decisive step was agreed with the Afghan leadership, the decision of the USSR government about the beginning of the conclusion of Soviet troops from Afghanistan, subject to the cessation of armed assistance to Afghan rebels on the part of Pakistan and other countries. New political thinking providing for the refusal of military methods to solve controversial international issues with whom Soviet UnionHe led to Geneva at the table of negotiations of the Government of Afghanistan and Pakistan with the participation of the USSR and the United States. The result of these negotiations was the signing of Geneva agreements on the political settlement of the situation around Afghanistan.

Since January 1987, the Soviet troops almost ceased the offensive fighting and wage only in the event of an attack on them. The exception is the largest joint operation of the Soviet and Afghan military "Highway" in Afghanistan in 1987 in Afghanistan in the province of Pact in the delivery of national economic cargoes from Gardez to the host with the defeat of the largest forces of the rebels who blocked the road in which the forces of five divisions participated . The subsequent actions of the Soviet troops were reduced to the control of the main vital areas of roads, preparation and ensuring the exit from Afghanistan.

In 1988, the Nerjibullah government feverly sought ways to implement national reconciliation policies. In party life, the main task was to strengthen and consolidate the NDPA series. In foreign Policy A course was taken to develop relations with all countries, non-aligned to any blocks. In the military field, measures were continued to transform the army into force, able to independently protect the power existing in the country. However, none of the activities carried out in practice did not bring the end of the war.

The opposition on the appeals of government policy of national reconciliation responded with refusal. Her leaders stated that they will continue "Jihad" until the last soviet soldier Does not leave the territory of Afghanistan. They strengthened the campaign work among the local population, increased the intensity of the armed struggle, conducted a series of terrorist acts.

A difficult and difficult task in the policy of reconciliation and the cease-fire was a matter of relations with Shiite Iran and armed detachments of his adherents and the uninterests in Afghanistan itself. Iran did not recognize the Geneva agreement of the four sides, abandoning his signing as a fifth stakeholders. He was not influenced - international authorities and was not going to refuse military assistance to the opposition, and also eliminate the centers for the preparation of Mujahideen. Under these conditions, on April 7, 1988, the Soviet government decided to complete the conclusion of a limited contingent of Soviet troops from Afghanistan. The output was carried out in two stages. On the first (from May 15 to August 16, 1988) the number of troops was reduced twice. Then, after a three-month break, which is necessary for solving a number of organizational tasks, has come the second stage, which lasted three months (from November 15, 1988 to February 15, 1989).

The conclusion of troops at both stages was planned and was carried out as a large-scale army operation, in which a large number of forces and funds participated. Due to this, the conclusion of the troops was carried out successfully. The armed formations of the opposition, preparing for a large-scale struggle for power within the country, did not prevent the output of the compounds and parts of the 40th army. On February 15, 1989, the last part left the territory of Afghanistan. Thus, another page of the history of the long-suffering Soviet people, conceived and started by several politicians in the Kremlin, was turned overn for, and many thousands of ordinary people on the land of Afghanistan.

How the "undeclared" war was announced

For my life, I read a lot of books dedicated to the topic of the attacks of Hitler Germany in the USSR, published at different times and in different countries. Surprisingly, a note-memorandum of the German Government on the announcement of the war to the Soviet Union fell on the eyes only in 2009 - when I read the wonderful work on the selected actual material R.S. Irinarhova - "Kiev special". And it is strange: it would seem at least brief analysis This most important document should pay attention to any seriously studying this issue historian. In the end, the Nuremberg Tribunal sent a ribbentrop fascist German Minister of Foreign Affairs including that he as if he did not prepare this note and the war allegedly did not declare. At least on the process, representatives of the USSR categorically denied the following easily confirmed facts:

1) the document was transferred to Molotov almost simultaneously with the start of hostilities in the morning of June 22, 1941 by the German ambassador in the Soviet Union by Count Schulenburg; 2) At about the same time, Ribbentrop presented the same document to the Soviet Ambassador Decanozov in Berlin.

In any case, with the study, the notes should begin all sorts of criticizing the works of Tuban-Suvorov. Fully document is called "Note of the German Ministry of Foreign Affairs to the Soviet government of June 21, 1941". Unfortunately, the text is given by R. Irinarkhov without three applications. I will list them:

1) "Report of the Minister of Internal Affairs of Germany, Reichsführera SS and the Chief of the German Police to the German Government on the sabotage work of the USSR, directed against Germany and National Socialism";

2) "Report of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Germany on the propaganda and political agitation of the Soviet government";

3) "Supreme Command Report german army German government on the concentration of Soviet troops against Germany. "

I note, however, that one of these documents is the report of the Security Police Chief of the SD Heydrich dated June 10, 1941 - I later found it as an annex to Memoram as an annex Walter Shelmlinberg.

In the Soviet Union, there were no existence of notes for a long time - despite the fact that Molotov in their speech on Radio on June 22, 1941, published in Soviet newspapers, said the following: "The German government decided to speak with his war against the USSR due to the concentration of the units of the Red Army Eastern German border. " It is curious that the fact of the concentration of Soviet troops The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Soviet Union was not refuted yet - it can be seen as his colleagues, stayed in a state of shock. But shock passed, and in the USSR almost the next day "forget" about this most important document for decades - up to the collapse of the Soviet Union. So, « Short story. Great Patriotic War Soviet Union 1941.-1945 "prepared by the "Ministry of Truth" - the Institute of Marxism-Leninism under the CPSU Central Committee in 1965, voiced the then version of the events as follows: "We will never forget the Soviet people those alarm minutes of Sunday morning on June 22, 1941, when the Moscow Radio interrupted its programs and all Heard government message: Among the night without ad Wars fascist hordes suddenly We invaded the limits of our country "(p. 57). But time went, and truthful information about the true picture of events gradually spread around the world. What was not surprising: On June 23, 1941, the text of the notes published most of the world's leading newspapers (including the previously mentioned earlier NEW YORK TIMES.). Frankly ignore the facts that appeared in Western historiography became more difficult, and the Institute of Marxism-Leninism had to compose more "advanced" version. To do this, "the Ministry of Truth" had to call for the help Institute military history Ministry of Defense of the USSR, Institute of Universal History of the USSR Academy of Sciences and the Institute of History of the USSR Academy of Sciences of the USSR. Together they composed a new official "history of the Second World War". 4th Tom of "History ...", published ten years after " brief course"- In 1975 - already mentions" ... a statement transferred to the Soviet government by the German ambassador F. Schlenburg After an hour and a half after the invasion of the German troops. " The statement was just an official announcement of the war in which, according to "History ...", "Nazi leaders argued that they were forced to stand on the path of a preventive war against the USSR, since he allegedly did not fulfill his obligations under the Soviet-German Treaty and was preparing To the attack on Germany, to apply a blow from the rear. " Recognizing the fact of the official announcement of the war, on the note refers to G.K. Zhukov. Nevertheless, in the "History ..." stamp "Suddenly, without a declaration of war ..." is used literally on the same pages, which refers to the "statement" (Volume 4, p. 30-31). In general, this document I read with great attention.

Here is its beginning: "When the Reich government, on the basis of the desire to come to the equilibrium of the interests of Germany and the USSR, appealed to the Soviet government in the summer of 1939, it was aware that mutual understanding with the state, which, on the one hand, represents its belonging to Community of national states with all the rights and obligations arising from this, and on the other - being led by a party, which as the Comintern section ( here and then the capital letters are used in original text . - approx. Avt.) She strives for the spread of the revolution on a global scale, that is, to destroy these national states, it is unlikely to be an easy task. " In my opinion, this first paragraph has already very clearly and correctly records an irresistible ideological abyss between Hitler's Germany and the Stalinist Soviet Union. Despite the large number of parallels and general damnBoth dictators sought to models of world domination, which were radically different from each other: National Socialism was largely the opposite of the socialism of Marxist-Leninsky. Both ideologies, however, turned out to be practically the same in terms of attitudes towards the democracy and the effectiveness of extermination of both declared enemies - class and racial and those whose interests they would seem to be intended to defend - ordinary workers and peasants.

Next, the note states that the attempt to find mutual language Between "Discomectively considered friendly peoples" and "to protect against the further dissemination of communist doctrines of the International Jewry in Europe" was undertaken: on August 23, 1939 there was a signing of a non-aggression Covenant, and on September 28, an agreement on friendship and boundaries between both states was also signed.

After reading the next paragraph, it immediately becomes clear why Soviet historians have avoided to endure a note on everyone's review: it refers to the essence of the above agreements, the first of which signed on August 23, 1939 is usually referred to as the Molotov - Ribbentrop Covenant. Interestingly, the Germans of this and the subsequent agreement, signed on September 28, 1939, are called "Moscow treaties" - at the place of negotiations and signing relevant documents.

"The essence of these treaties is the stories in the note, it was as follows:

1) in the mutual commitment of states not to attack each other and consist in relationships of good neighborliness;

2) in the distinction of the spheres of interest by refusing the German Reich from any influence in Finland, Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania and Bessarabia, while the territory of the former Polish state to the line Narev - Bug - San, at the request of Soviet Russia, remained for her. "

The note emphasizes that the Reich government "packed Poland, which means, the price of German blood contributed to the achievement by the Soviet Union of the greatest foreign policy success during its existence. This became possible only thanks to the friendly policy of Germany towards Russia and the brilliant victories of the Wehrmacht. " Thus, Hitler admits that she lasted chestnuts from fire for Stalin, but did it without any delight: at the same time he finished Germany in the war and a half of the world, and therefore I didn't forget about the Soviet interests of the Soviet interests ... although I will allow myself To express mistrust of those historians who still claims that if the USSR did not hit Poland in the back, then Hitler would capture Western Ukraine and Belarus and would not give them to Stalin. Make it pretty easy. I suggest, for example, to look at the collection "Eve and the beginning of the war" published in the Soviet Union (compiler L.A. Kirshner). On s. 158 of the mentioned publication provides the text of the urgent telegram of the Ribbentrop of the German ambassador in Moscow of September 3, 1939. It says literally the following: "We certainly hope to finally smash the Polish army for several weeks. Then we will retain areas under military occupation, which, as agreed in Moscow, are included in the German sphere of influence. However, it is clear that for military considerations, we will then have to act against the Polish military forces, which will be in the territories entering the Russian sphere of influence. Please discuss this with the Molotovy immediately and see if the Soviet Union does not consider it desirable to ensure that the Russian army spoke at the right moment against the Polish forces in the Russian sphere of influence and, for its part, occupied this territory. According to our considerations, it will not only help us, but also, in accordance with Moscow agreements, it would be in the Soviet interests ... "

The German leadership, which, for 3 September 1939, announced the war of Great Britain and France, suddenly felt very uncomfortable. And quite reasonably applied to new Soviet partners - so that they are harmful to their share of the Polish state. This would automatically make a warning of the war with Germany even less tempting for the Allies, what it seemed to their governments in the morning of September 3 - when Hitler was awarded the relevant ultimatums about the discharge of the German troops from Poland. The text of the ribbentrop telegram meant the following: The Germans literally crushed the USSR to quickly fulfill their "international debt" and join a pre-agreed gangster attack on a common neighbor. The sponsored Nazis did not hoped without reason that the West would declare war and the Soviet Union, which will thus be in the same boat with Nazi Germany and becomes its ally in a new world war, which is called "by definition." But it was not there!

Here is the text of the response telegram of Schulenburg Ambassador of September 5, 1939 (as you can see, Soviet comrades did not rush to the reaction to German calls): "Molotov ... He handed me the following response to the Soviet government:" We agree with you that at the right time it will be absolutely necessary for us. Start concrete actions. We consider it, however, that this time has not yet come. Perhaps we are mistaken, but it seems to us that excessive hasty can cause damage to us and promote the unification of our enemies ... "(ibid., P. 159). Very frank document! Just as in the anecdote about standing on the hill of old and young bulls! Stalin not without irony gives the German " partygenossen »That perfectly understands their fears, but somehow it will choose the best moment to strike the Poles. The time for the corresponding note of the Soviet government to the Polish ambassador in Moscow came only on September 17 - when the words of this Soviet note) "the internal failure of the Polish state was revealed," Warsaw ceased to be the capital of Poland, "the Polish state and his government actually ceased to exist" and "Thereby ceased to the contract concluded between the USSR and Poland (ibid).

It should be noted that an incredulous Stalin still had doubts that new partners would adhere to the recent agreements reached and troop troops with already captured territories on the demarcation line, agreed by the Covenas Protocols. W. Sheerer quotes the corresponding telegram telegram from September 18, where he described the essence of the last conversation with the Soviet dictator on the eve of the invasion of the Red Army to Poland: "In the inherent stall suspicion, I would be grateful if I were authorized to give further assurances of a similar nature in order to give me eliminate his last doubts "(" take off and drop III Reich ", p. 645). The next day, Ribbentrop telegraphed: "... agreements that I signed in Moscow will, of course, are observed ... They are considered by us as a solid foundation for new friendly relations between Germany and the USSR" (ibid.)

But what kind of interesting fact leads Alexander Pronin In his article "Soviet-Polish events", referring to with. 99 Books M.I. Seminari "Soviet-German agreements": "The German side sought to joint actions with the troops of the Red Army from the very beginning by the planned Hitler of the military campaign. In this regard, M.I. Semireg leads the following information. At the end of August 1939, information was leaked to Western press that in connection with the exacerbated German-Polish relations, it is planned to remove a removal from the Western Soviet borders of troops with a number of 200-300 thousand people. Such a message caused concerns in Berlin, and on August 27, Schulenburg was urgently sent a telegram in which he was instructed to find out whether Soviet troops really dismissed from the Polish border. Whether they can be returned to make the most associated Polish forces in the East" Schulenburg, having received the appropriate information in the People's Commissar Completion of the USSR, said: soon a statement will be published that Soviet troops are not going to move away from the border with Poland. And in fact, on August 30, 1939, the Soviet government officially declared: "In view of the exacerbation of the situation in the eastern regions of Europe and, due to the possibility of any surprises ( "Surprise" - Favorite Stalinist euphemism, meaning the coming "liberation" of neighbors. - approx. Avt.), Soviet command decided to strengthen the numerical composition of the garrisons of the Western borders of the USSR "(Collection" Supernova True Viktor Suvorov ", p. 73). Another example of a very constructive cooperation of two cannibal regimes: September 17, Stalin spoke against german option A joint communiqué, designed to justify the Soviet-German destruction of Poland, since in it the facts set out "too frankly." "Then," W. Shirer writes, "he compiled his own version - a sample of sophistication - and forced the Germans to agree with him. It was alleged that the common goal of Germany and Russia was "restoration of peace and order in Poland, which were undermined by the collapse of the Polish state, and assisting the Polish people in establishing new conditions for its political life" ("take off and fall of the Rayakh III", with . 645).

I will not dwell on the discussion of a very absurd argument of Stalinists, still trying to justify shameful abuse of Poland: they say, do not sign the USSR pact, and Hitler will reach the Urals. Full nonsense: Nowhere he will "go." And if "went", then it would not be "left" - he didn't have any strength on it, nor the desire, no fuel with ammunition. I think, and the supporters of the legend of the "peace-loving" of the USSR are also well understood: they are simply used to lie in the hope that the persistent repetition of a deliberate lie as a minimum will question the truth.

One way or another, but the prize for a cynical and elegant two-week delay with the invasion of the Red Army to Poland ("This is the ugly braid of the Versailles Agreement" - the words of the Molotov report at a meeting of the USSR Supreme Soviet on October 31, 1939) were allied relations with the West. Stalin's attacks are fourteen days earlier - and it is not known how it is over for the fate of the world and Europe. Doubts please remember the Ostracism, which was subjected to the USSR after the attack on Finland after some two and a half months after that: Exile from the League of Nations, economic sanctions (led, among other things, to freezing Soviet assets in US banks and a ban on the supply of American equipment In the USSR), plans of bombing strikes British in Baku and Soviet Air Force - in Cairo and Baghdad. But back to our main topic ...

Now the authors of the notes are moving to the transfer of claims of German Reich to the USSR. First, there is a rather strange to the diplomatic document of the offense for the preservation of connections with England and the ongoing Yugoslav "conspirators." The insults, however, completely reasonable: not passed the years after the signing of the Covenant, and the new ally of fascist Germany was already quite cordially communicated with the representatives of her dangerous enemy. This is what the "History of World War II" reports on this: " July 1(1940) Ambassador Crypps ( ambassador Great Britain) I was adopted by I.V. Stalin. During the meeting, issues of martial law in Europe, about political and economic relations between England and the USSR were discussed. Soviet government showed readiness to promote the normalization of relations with England"(Volume 3, p. 351). I note that this sincere communication took place almost immediately after the Soviet Union "released" the Baltic States with Bessarabia and Northern Bukovina, but before thatAs Hitler gave his generals a disposal about the preparation of the War Plan from the USSR - this happened July 22, 1940. In other words, despite the fact that Stalin's "marriage" with Hitler took place frankly "according to the calculation" (they were portrayed by caricatures in the Western press - the "bride" -Gitler leads the "Bride" - Stalin under the crown), it is Joseph Vissarionovich first Gave the basis of the "royal brother" Adolf to suspect him in infidelity.

1) subversive work of the Soviet / Comintern agents in Germany and in its satellite (such as Romania and Bulgaria), as well as in the countries captured by the Germans (Poland, Czechoslovakia);

2) espionage and sabotage activities.

With subversive work and espionage, everything is clear: the world has long been known about the goals and specific activities of the Comintern - an international terrorist organization, quite comparable to today's al-Qaeda. The readers will certainly remember both the pre-war warnings sent to Moscow with numerous agents of Soviet special services. Soviet spies were performed quite effectively both in Germany and in other European countries and during the war. But with regard to the sabotage activities mentioned by a note, then I, honestly, did not believe the fascist document at first: such steps seemed to me too adventurous and provoking.

And here the book of Paul Shiplatova "Special Operations has already mentioned earlier in my hands. Lubyanka and the Kremlin. 1930-1950. " It suddenly found out that Hitler and Ribbentrop in the question of Soviet saboteurs were absolutely right! It was the ships (in the spring of 1938, by one of the leaders of the Ukrainian nationalist underground in Antwerp in Antwerp - E. Konovalz) responded to the war for the preparation and activities of Soviet diversants-illegal immigrants on several continents. I will give a few quotes of the former Lieutenant General and the head of a special group of the foreign department of the NKVD, shed light on the secret operations of the Soviet special services.

"... Going to a meeting with Konovalz, I checked the work of the network of our illegal immigrants in Norway, whose task was to prepare sabotage on the maritime courts of Germany and Japan, based in Europe and used for the supply of weapons and raw materials, the Franco regime in Spain. He headed this network Ernst Volyvebere, known to me at the time under the code name "Anton". According to him, there was, in particular, a group of Poles, who had experience in mines with explosives. These people were previously emigrated to France and Belgium, where we attracted them to cooperation in case of war ... I had heard a report on the operation on the Polish cargo ship "Stefan Batori", which followed Spain with a party of strategic materials for Franco. It never came to the destination, it did not reach the North Sea after the fire armed in his hold of the explosion under the explosion by our people of the bombs "(p. 41). Stunning recognition! On the one hand, the USSR did not officially participate in Spanish civil War: She did not imagine the slightest threat to him. On the other hand, Stalin not only sent the mountains of weapons to Spain and hundreds of "Volunteers". It turns out that his special services exploded Germany ships, Japan and Poland - even those that followed non-military cargo! And to carry out these adventurous operations to Soviet security officers and military intelligences helped the most real Germans and Poles, recruited "for the idea" or just for a pack of money ... "Volyvebere," recalls Jeroplates, "he made a strong impression on me ... Later he was arrested Swedish authorities, and Gestapo immediately demanded his issuance (still! - approx. auth.). However, he received Soviet citizenship (!) So his expulsion from Sweden to the Norway occupied by the Germans did not take place. Already after the Molotov Pact - Ribbentrop, in 1939.he came to Moscow and received the order to continue the preparation of diversions in inevitable (!) War with Hitler. The organization of Villaper played an important role in the Norwegian resistance "(ibid.) Note that the creator and many years of the head of the BND (Foreign Exploration of Germany) General R. Gelegen In his memoirs, argued that in the same period - the conditionally "honeymoon" in the relations of the USSR and nazi Germany - Hitler "fully forbade spyware in the Soviet Union" ("The Service", p. 35). As you can guess, the Gestapo had good reasons to demand the issuance of Villabember: Obviously, the Polish "Stefan Batori" was not the only civilian ship that Soviet intermenimalist sabersants sweat long before the beginning of the Great Patriotic War. There were a lot of similar "volvolebers" at the disposal of the respective Soviet "authorities. "At that time, it describes the situation of Jeroplates," the number of such illegal immigrants was about sixty people "(ibid, p. 93). And this is only through the NKVD ...

To my surprise, not only his former head of P. Sudoplatov wrote about Ernst Volyvebere. The scale of the sabotage activity of his group was so significant that he was dedicated to a lot of place and already mentioned above the report of the security police and SD heydrich dated June 10, 1941 - then the most app to the note of the German government, found by me in the Memoirs of Walter Shellenberg. Here is a selection of quotes from the indicated report: "... Emmithing in Copenhagen, Volyvebere in 1933 headed the management of the UK ( International seafarers and port workers. - approx. Translate), Which, being a professional organization of sailors and port workers, performs on behalf of the Comintern, sabotage acts, mainly against the German merchant fleet. It is the main responsibility for the organization and activities of sabotage groups created at the direction of Moscow in Germany, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Holland, Belgium, France and the Baltic states ... After the German troops entry in Oslo in May 1940, Volvolebere fled to Sweden, where he Until now is in conclusion in Stockholm. The Soviet government appealed to the Swedish government with a request to resolve Volleyberman departure to the Soviet Union, providing him for successful work in the interests of the Comintern Soviet citizenship. As a result of the activities of these terrorist groups common throughout Europe, a sabotage was committed against 16 German, 3 Italian, 2 Japanese courts, two of which were completely destroyed "(" Memoirs ", p. 448). Personally, I did not find any contradictions between what I wrote about the turbulent sabotage activities of the Comrade Ernst Palachi from the SD in 1941 and his former head of P. Jeroplasts after almost half a century after the end of World War II. Isn't everything in the German noteworthy was lies?.. What did the German anti-fascist study in the subsequent? But than: "Villabere and his people," suggests Jeroplates, - who returned to Moscow in 1941-1944, helped us in the recruitment after the beginning of the war of German prisoners of war for operations of our intelligence. After the end of the war, Volleybere was headed for some time headed the Ministry of State Security GDR "(" Special Operations ... ", p. 42). It is interesting to note that with this high position, he was running for the fact that he began on the old habit to knock on the Moscow Center on his own " partygenossen ». It was so indignant to Khrushchev (who, by the way, and himself was not a model of human virtues) that the Soviet Secretary General "passed" the outstanding internationalist his chief Ulbricht. "He," the fate of the Personal Pensioner and the former saboteur-provocator, sadly informs the shipputs about the fate of the Personal Pensioner, and being in the opal, in the 60s. " The kingdom of heaven, "poor fellow"!

A lot of "good" words was given to Villabeber in his memories and already mentioned former Hitler's colonel, and afterwards the West German General Reinhard Gelen. The fact is that "Comrade Ernst", heading the East German special services, caused Helut a lot of concern not only by the capture of many agents of the latter in the GDR and recruitment of their own spies at the Headquarters of the Gelendian organization. In addition, the former Soviet demolution-Diversian and the provocateur led a very active and completely unprincipled information war against the heirs of the Eastern armies department and the Abaver in their own country, diligently raising the left politicians and the Press of Germany. He even tried to plant Germany with France and the rest of Western Europe, arguing (not without reason) that helen led actively spyware not only against the countries of the communist bloc, but also under his nose from their new allies. Therefore, the news that his main opponent was suspended from office and retired, Gelegen took off with undisguised satisfaction ("The Service", p. 232).

And here is another episode from the European adventures of Soviet security officers - colleagues and subordinates P. Sudplatova: "I deeply respected Slutsky as an experienced leader of intelligence, - writes Lieutenant General of the NKVD about one of the best Soviet intelligence officers, - ... It was in his time he managed to kidnap In Sweden, the technical secret of the production of ball bearings. For our industry, it was essential. Slutsky awarded the Order of the Red Banner. Together with Nikolsky (later known as Orlov), the head of the Department of Economic Intelligence, in 1930 or 1931, they met with the Swedish match king Iwar Kruger. Blackmaid (!) Its by the fact that we are entering the Western markets by our cheap matches, they demanded a compensation amount for the Soviet government in three hundred thousand US dollars. Reception worked, the money was obtained "(ibid., P. 44). I wonder: for this, too, the orders got? .. murders, sabotage, theft, blackmail - Here are the handwriting of the Soviet special services, who wrap in Western Europe, America and Asia long before the beginning of World War II: a tireless "struggle for peace" ... Of course, in those unforgettable times, not only the NKVD and GRU were frankly immoral activities: British, French, Polish and especially German spies were carried out to use the lowest means and methods in achieving their goals. But so that this is because of some three hundred thousand dollars - to blackmail the Swedish oligarch: it simply does not fit in the head ... For the work of the former saboteur, shiplatov, I will still repeally return in this and other works of the cycle: similar facts of his memories are packed "under Tie ". That's why this bestseller, published in 1998, I had to hunt for almost six months! It seems that even with a lot that allowed Yeltsin, the revelation of an old Chekist seemed too shocking! But back to the German noteworthy and let's talk about the next irritant not satisfied with Hitler ...

3) Bolshevization of countries given "To Evidence" Stalin.

From the text, the notes becomes clear that Hitler had reason to believe that the USSR would not have annexation of the aforementioned countries and territories, and would not be carried out for their violent metication. It's hard to say how much Hitler's indignation in this case It is sincere: in the end, this should be expected. Yes, and the National Socialists themselves did on the captured lands the same. Let's say, the actions of the SD on the captured territories of Poland, aimed at the destruction of the Polish elite almost completely coincided with the actions of the NKVD. When comparing measures for "nazification" and "Bolshevization" it seems that the relevant plans were written in the same office.

I must say that a few months after writing this phrase, I have acquired the already mentioned book of Lawrence Riza - "World War II. Behind Closed Doors. Stalin, The Nazies and The West. In particular, the following facts are given: "The representatives of the Gestapo and the NKVD ... met in Lviv in October 1939 to discuss issues of mutual interest. Subsequently, Henry Himmler, the head of the SS, and Merkulov, Deputy Beria, met in Berlin in November 1940 "(p. 54). What did "comrades in arms discussed? But what: "... Recent studies show that some shares are like Krakow arrest by the Nazis of the Polish professors in November 1939 ( this episode is shown in the movie Wyda "Katyn". - approx. Auth.) And similar arrests held at the same time NKVD at the universities of Lviv - were discussed and coordinated between the functions of the secret services of Nazi Germany and the Soviet Union "(ibid). It turns out that my remark about the "same office" is not so far from the truth ...

From the text, the notes becomes clear and other: Fuhrer was very upset by the fact that after the capture of countries included in the Soviet "zone" of interests, the USSR ruined the agreement on their economic cooperation with the Reich - that is, not just offended, but also "hit the pocket ";

4) rough Behavior Soviet government with annexation of Bessarabia and North Bukovina.

The Germans deeply outraged how cynical Stalin chose a moment for the next expansion. Let me remind you that it happened in the midst of the "Gelb" operation in France, when the Wehrmacht, figuratively speaking, was with "removed pants" and was powerless to take something in the East, where at that time were only six (according to other data - ten) German security divisions. But there were other resentments. In particular, the USSR did not meet the German request and did not give Romanians to the evacuation of the territories occupied by the Red Army. Moreover, Soviet troops entered there even before the expiration of the ultimatum announced by them. Finally, North Bukovina, never previously belonged to Russian EmpireIn general, it was not part of the "transaction" decorated with the Molotov - Ribbentrop Covenant. Her Stalin "pulled" in the most insane manner, taking advantage of the full powerlessness of Germany, almost all the troops of which at that moment were fought in France or were involved in other directions (Norway). Thus, the Soviet Union received an additional bridgehead for applying air and land blows under Romanian oil industry - the only, in addition to Soviet deliveries and plants of synthetic fuel, a serious fuel source for Reich. Actually, it was under the impression of this "liberation" campaign of Hitler in July 1940 and spoke for the first time on the preparation of specific plans for the attack on the USSR, finally decorated in the Barbarossa directive in December of the same year. On September 20, 1940, Hitler published another secret directive, ordered to send a military mission to Romania: "For the outside world, the W. Shearer quotes the directive - its task is to help friendly Romania in the organization and training of the Armed Forces. Genuine tasks that should not become apparent to Romanians nor our own troops, Must now: protect oil-free areas ... Prepare for deployment in the Romanian bases of the German and Romanian troops, if we are imposed on the war with Russia "(" take off and fall of the III Reich ", p. 822). Until the summer of 1940, the slightest desire to get involved in the war on two fronts in Hitler did not arise, And the desire to end the Bolshevism and move to the East to the much later historical perspective. By the way, according to the approval of the former secretary of the Fuhrer Crysts shredder In the distant future, he was going to "figure out" and with the "Yellow Rass" ("Not Was My Chief", p. 107). This is how it is easy to understand, by no means implied any specific plans for the German attack on the then ally of Reich - Japan. Let me remind you that the war with the UK and France either in his plans nor in the plans of the German military did not enter at least 1944. Austrian military historian Heinz Magenheimer In the article "Strategy of the Soviet Union: offensive, defensive, preventive?" It also emphasizes that as the main task when issuing a "technical assignment" to the creation of a Barbaross plan, the following was indicated: "Break the Russian army or at least to seize so much Russian territory to prevent enemy raids on Berlin and Silesian industrial areas"(True Viktor Suvorov-2, p. 140);

5) Sabotage of agreed supplies to Germany strategic raw materials.

I must say that the documents available in my disposal are talking about the opposite: German representatives spoke in correspondence with each other about the fact that the USSR just fulfilled its contracts in full. Sabeled the shipments to the Soviet Union themselves, and Soviet intelligence reported about it. In this regard, R. Irinarhov reports the following: "On March 22, 1941, it was reported that the German government had given a secret order to suspend the implementation of industrial orders for the Soviet Union" ("Red Army in 1941", p. 369) . W. Sheerer testifies: "The fact that the Germans received in the first year are registered by OKV ( Supreme Commander of Wehrmacht. - approx. Avt.) - one million tons of grain, half a million tons of wheat, 900 thousand tons of oil, 100 thousand tons of cotton, 500 thousand tons of phosphates, a significant amount of other raw materials and one million tons of soybeans with transit from Manchuria "(" Take off and drop III Reich " , p. 685). Re-emphasize that in exchange for exercised in Soviet peasants and workers, Germany products supplied in the USSR by no means consumer goods, and most modern weapon and technology in its production. Moreover, Stalin offered to Germans and other, not agreed by the contract, services. In particular, a secret military base in the Murmansk region was transferred to conduct hostilities in Scandinavia and the Nordic seas to the disposal of German submariners. And for wiring along the Northern Sea Route in Pacific Ocean Comet's raider The Germans used Soviet icebreakers, for which the USSR nickname of the USSR of Thanksgiving letters was sent. According to the memoirs of the German military attache Bumbach, the Soviet Admiral Kuznetsov "with satisfaction he took the sincere thanks to the Nazi Admiral Reder (" World War II. Behind Closed Doors. Stalin, The Nazies and the West ", p. 77). Also, the USSR offered to purchase such commodity positions as Asian rubber and soybeans, - to transfer them to Germany (see the "Memorandum of Dr. Skarrere, German Foreign Ministry of February 11, 1940", "Memorandum Dr. Ra Sturre, German Foreign Minister dated April 5, 1941, "Memorandum of Dr. Shroud, German Foreign Ministry dated May 15, 1941," Coon and the Beginning of War "). From the memorandums of the German Foreign Ministry, in particular, it becomes clear that the Germans even offered a 50% tariff discount during transportation on a trassist from Asian countries.

Finally, judging by the Goebbels diaries, the Soviet leadership was constantly rendered political and moral support: articles in the "Pravda" and Izvestia in support of Germany and against its blockade from the British appeared with enviable regularity almost until the very beginning of the war;

6) Agreeing, in principle, to join the triple CTU, at the end of 1940, the Soviet Union nominated the conditions unacceptable for Hitler: 1 - give him Bulgaria "on the Baltic" version "; 2 - to provide a joint pressure on Turkey in order to obtain its consent to the creation of Soviet land and naval databases in the sheds; 3 - Give the USSR the opportunity to end the Finland.

Interestingly, the materials available in my disposal (the reporting of the Schulenburg Ambassador Ribbentropou dated November 26, 1940, given in the same collection of "Eve and the beginning of the war") fully confirm the aforementioned requirements of Stalin and Molotov. Strange, but notes does not mention two more Soviet wishes: To force Japan to abandon your rights to coal and oil concessions on the North Sakhalin and allow the USSR to go to the Persian Bay (apparently, through the occupation of Iran and Iraq);

7) Support for the illegal government of Yugoslavia, who has come to power as a result of the anti-grand coup and signing with conspirators of a friendship agreement.

We emphasize that many modern historians consider this event that happened in early April 1941, the "point of no return" in Soviet-German relations. I also remind you that judging by the quotes from the Soviet newspaper of the Swedish Communist Party, published by the American New York Times, the same opinion adhered to the Kremlin and, of course, in Berlin;

8) the extremely negative reaction of the USSR to the appearance of German troops in Bulgaria, which Stalin actually unilaterally "stamped" as a zone of own strategic interests and de facto already ceased to consider the sovereign power;

9) Concentration of Soviet troops on the border with Reikh since 1940: "The Supreme Command of the Wehrmacht," said in a note, - since the beginning of the year he repeatedly pointed out the foreign policy leadership of the Reich on the growing threat of the Reich territory by the Russian army and at the same time emphasized that the reason for this Strategic focusing and deployment of troops can only be aggressive plans. These posts of the Supreme Commander of the Wehrmacht with all details will be communicated to the public. If it was the slightest doubt in the aggressiveness of the strategic concentration and deployment of Russian troops, they were completely dispelled by the reports obtained by the Supreme Commander of the Wehrmacht in the last days. After carrying out universal mobilization in Russia against Germany, at least 160 divisions are deployed. The results of the observations in recent days indicate that the established grouping of Russian troops, especially motorized and tank compounds, allows the Supreme Command Commission of Russia at any time to begin aggression on different sections of the German border. "

It should be noted that Hitler and his military leadership of the concept did not have about the true scale of the Soviet military concentration:

1) not 160, and 171+ division of five border districts, the first strategic echelon, which was filled with the very border - the first strategic echelon, which was included on June 22, 1941 at least 3 million military personnel;

2) in May - June in the cross-border districts were transferred or planned to transfer at the beginning of July at least 77 divisions from the seven armies of the inner districts - it was the second strategic echelon, which had not yet at least a million military personnel;

3) at least three armies of the third strategic echelon began to form;

4) The German General Staff could not unravel that the chief Soviet strike was planned not in Germany, but in Romania - from the territory of Ukraine. The basis of the plan of the Soviet command was to cut off Germany from the only one, in addition to Soviet deliveries from Baku and plants of a synthetic fuel, a fuel source in Europe and thereby cause the raid raid and inevitable defeat;

5) Neither Hitler nor its General Staff represented the real picture of the resource, industrial and technological superiority of the Soviet Union.

I also consider very interesting information about the plans of the USSR, which was contained in the captured by the Germans in Belgrade by the secret report of the Yugoslav military attache in Moscow: "According to the data obtained from Soviet circles, the re-equipment of the Air Force, tank troops and artillery, taking into account the experience The modern war, which will mainly be completed by August 1941. This period is obviously also an extreme (temporary) item, which should not be expected tangible changes in Soviet foreign policy. " Thus, Hitler made it clear when he expected the Soviet strike: not later than July 1941.

The next paragraph also suggests that Hitler perfectly understood the game Stalin (he, however, understood the game of the Fuhrer himself even better): "... The Reich government came to the conviction that Lenin's thesis, once again clearly set out in the" Directive Communist Party Slovakia "from October 1939, according to which" it is possible to conclude agreements with other countries, if they serve the interests of the Soviet government and neutralizing the enemy, "was used and used at the conclusion of 1939 treaties. Thus, the conclusion of friendship treaties was for the Soviet government only tactical maneuver. The sole purpose For Russia, there was a conclusion of the agreements beneficial and at the same time creating prerequisites for further strengthening the influence of the Soviet Union. The main idea was the weakening of small historical states in order to make it easier to decompose them and to defeat them at the right moment. It was with tough clarity reflected in the Russian document found after the occupation in the Soviet mission in Belgrade, which says: "The USSR will react only at the right moment. The axis states spared their armed forces even more, and because the USSR suddenly strikes Germany. "

In short, Hitler absolutely understood the idea of \u200b\u200bStalin. Especially after he touched the virtuoso trick with a timely "liberation" of a piece of Poland, for which the West was not that he did not declare the war with a new aggressor, but even reluctantly "showed an understanding of such actions." However, as already mentioned, for this "trunnoye" it was not necessary to read the secret directives of the Comintern: the same could be recognized, the materials of the BCP (B) (b) (especially XVIII) and from even more massive Soviet newspapers were fragmented by huge circulations. We also note that the insight to the Führer came too late: Germany at first unexpectedly got involved in the world war, and then he was not wishing again - he turned out to be a leading war on two fronts. That is, the plans of Stalin, Hitler nevertheless lost and lost everything, including his own life. Finally, it is impossible not to mention that, describing the Bolshevik cunning, the German government modestly silent that in its activities was guided by the same unprincipled attitude to all international treaties and laws. If the USSR from the League of Nations was kicked out for the bombings of the civilians of Finland, then Germany came out of the pre-war Design of the UN in his own desire - to demonstrate their full neglect of them.

Another paragraph of the note speaks of a "historical riddle", which the countries of the Second World War are trying to decades: "... Recently, a recent refutation of the TASS, portraying relations between Germany and Soviet Russia, is quite correct. These distracting maneuvers, which are in the blatant contradiction with the actual policy of the Soviet government, could not be misleading the Reich government. " That is, it is a randering of Stalinsky "refutation" according to Hitler: it just an unsuccessful attempt to cover hostile intentions.

To make it more clear what we are talking about, we give fragments of the text mentioned by a note of Soviet refutation (I suppose that we are talking it is about him, and not about the report / statement of TASS from June 13) from May 8, 1941:

"The Japanese newspapers publish reports of the Agency of the House of Tsuusin, which states that the Soviet Union concentrates large forces on the Western borders ... The concentration of troops on the Western borders is made in an extremely large scale. In this regard, the passenger movement in Siberian railway, T. K. Troops from the Far East are moved mainly to the Western borders. Of the Central Asia, large military forces are transferred there ... TASS is authorized to declare that this is suspiciously shrieking (!) Message to the Jusin house, borrowed from the unknown correspondent of United Press, represents the fruit of the sick fantasy of his authors ... no "concentration of large military forces" on the Western borders of the USSR No and not foreseen. Cruppers Pravda, contained in the message of the House Tsuchin, transmitted to the same in a roughly distorted form, is that from the Irkutsk district is being transferred to the Novosibirsk area - in view of the best conditions in Novosibirsk - one rams division. Everything else in the message of the House Tsusin is solid fiction. " Yeger Oscar

An undeclared war by the secret decree of November 30 was a group of management actions on disarmament and elimination of armed formations, the introduction and maintenance of a state of emergency in the territory of the Chechen Republic in part: Grachev P. S.

In our eyes, the conventional war unfolds, which is well known to us. The paradox of the situation is that this war, not being conventional, is carried out by conventional weapons. At the current stage of the state seeking to preserve their dominance, can not go for a total war for redistribution using nuclear weapons. First of all, because now they are not the only owners of nuclear weapons, and control the nuclear technology in the situation of war is difficult ...

Discharge - the situation in which the parties do not harm each other - in relations between the United States and the Councils during the Cold War, it was related to the fact that both superpowers simultaneously have nuclear weapons. In fact, this situation served as a determining factor in the model of redistribution of markets. US and tips "did not touch" each other, but for this they provided the necessary conditions. For example, Eastern Europe and the Caucasus were market zones of advice, and Turkey, the Middle East, Africa, Latin America were US zones. The threat of mutual destruction, which nuclear weapons created, made static redistribute, about which the parties agreed. Of course, crises and regional wars happened, but they took place again under the control of the two of these superpowers - so that the system functioning is not disturbed. For example, war that Israel led in the Middle East, the conflict of Baas regimes with each other and the struggle for the domination, new searches of China (regardless of the two superpowers) and the resulting crises and tensions added a certain bitterness, but did not even rock the system.

Multilateral balance

Now we live in a completely different world. Primarily, nuclear weapon there is hardly everyone, the bilateral nuclear balance of the last century now has become multilateral, and for total war For nuclear redistribution, there is no practical opportunity (except for chance). But the static redistribution created by two superpowers remained in the past. Now Eastern Europe is no longer looking at Russia, and Turkey is no longer a boy on bliss in the United States.

The Asia-Pacific region, and not only China, but also Vietnam, which the United States occupied and tried to make their new colony, goes beyond the framework of the US economic hegemony due to the investment and technologies created. It is absolutely open. We can say the following: Today for the USA South Korea - much more problem than North Korea. In fact, the presence of North Korea in the system as a "monster" aims to threaten South Korea, which has committed a very serious technological revolution. South Korea is constantly saying: "Do not raise your head too high, opposite you - the north who wants to destroy you, you need us, do not stay with him one on one."

Ttip will not!

Europe (Continental Europe and the United Kingdom) and the United States today are experiencing a crisis deepest in its history and cannot get out of it. This month, the United Kingdom will hold a referendum on the exit from the EU, - supporters of the department do not want to be part of the European crisis. This is a very important event explaining this situation. Even if the United Kingdom decides to stay in the EU, the decay process has already begun, and the beginning of his Great Britain.

The United States, in turn, has exhausted all the economic instruments that the Obama administration used to overcome the crisis, its policy failed. Will these conditions be held in these conditions, for example, an agreement on the US transatlantic trade and investment partnership (TTIP), which will demolish the customs barriers that exist between the United States and the EU and determine new standards in the field of production, investment, trade? One prominent American scientist and politician, last week at the international conference on the topic of economics and finance, which was organized by one of our university in Istanbul, told us: "Ttip will not be, for the United States it would be easier to try to trade with other planets than to implement his". The USA strategy for Obama, as in the period of the Cold War, was calculated that developing countries will obey. So there was a TTIP project. The United States concludes an agreement on the Customs Union with the EU, but Turkey, a member of the Customs Union of the EU, will not be in TTip, and she will not be able to say anything to it. This is a question related to the economy, but it illustrates the situation in politics. In the UN, for example, five states will decide again, and this decision will affect the future of all of us; Despite this, no one, as before, says nothing !!!

Of course, developing countries, first of all, Turkey, said "Stop" to such a move of events. Brazil, Argentina, Chile in Latin America, the countries of Eastern Europe and Turkey, the countries of the Pacific region made it clear that they would unite in this process. Then the war was followed with which we were encountered today, terrorist attacks and operations aimed at forming public opinion. In the end, Turkey knows the reasons for the war initiated against her using purchased terrorist organizations, and our country is ready to resist this war. You will see that we are not Yugoslavia!

CEMIL ERTEM

Our government is between two lights: on the one hand, the dissatisfied people, and on the other TDS. Governmental figures, hand and feet connected by the TDS network. Of the two evils, they have to choose the smaller, each time more and more inferior to enemies their positions. All government legislative projects have overseas roots.

An undeclared war consists of two stages:

    The secret, internal - incubation is to decompose all areas of the life of the state, demoralize and disconnect the people, subordinate state structures, create the necessary public opinion by means of mass fumerals (SMO).

    Obvious. Conducting large-scale terrorist acts and diversions in the cities of Russia. And then the introduction of NATO troops and professional military mercenaries (without family) to the destroyed and exhausted country, possibly under the guise of international assistance.

Trial sabotage are already underway under the cover of natural cataclysms, the reasons associated with technically obsolete equipment, "by chance", the activities of irremissive (to put it mildly) citizens. For example, the heat analysis in the European part of Russia in 2010 in terms of the use of climate weapons .

The film "The World Flood, as Premonition" creates public opinion of the type "accept, it is inevitable." But in this film you can see that there is a conscious intervention. After all, many of these catastrophes could be premed with the population in advance under modern scientific technologies and information connections. Nobody warned, and it was done specifically. TDS is striving to destroy the population of the Earth.

There is still such a moment in the film: at home in Yakutia, built on permafrost, are destroyed, since the soil is melted under them and the piles of the foundation are rotated in the water. What a comfortable phenomenon for bookmarking explosives, and you will not find under the root, why the building fell. But they already reported this, as it would be stamped in advance motivation of the cause.

Winter is the most convenient time for sabotage in Russia. Cities in power plants and power lines for several days will freeze cities. If adding "random" anomalous phenomenon is ultra-high frost in the northern regions of the country, the effect will be greater than the explicit military invasion across the border.

Autumn ends, winter in the vast territories of Russia is already beginning. The first wet snow fells the power lines: "Central Russia was not ready for winter" . No, this is not a terrorist attack, but the status of our cities.

But this is a small experiment of a "random accident" in order to test the consequences and reaction of state structures and the people: "Cropped up electricity". « Last Saturday(30.10.10) At 17:07 local time, the light in Kirensk and several settlements of the district. At about the same time, in the taiga, the twenty -Semeter larch, having fallen, fell onto the Wire of the LAM. Unknown localwhich, according to the preliminary version, wanted to replenish the reserve of firewood in front of the cold, clearly did not expect that his concern for the economy would have such an effect. An awkward movement of the saw - and no electricity remained 19 thousand people. " Interestingly will find that unconscious logger and his inspirers if they look? All power lines are carried out on broad breaks. In order to fill up a large (to get to the line) a tree on the wires, you need to be able to do it. The faban will not be able to do this and will never throw a larger tree for their own security reasons. Not so stupid, as we are inspired by the SMO (funds of mass fumerals), our villagers, not to know how and where to throw wood on firewood.

It became completely transparent that terrorist acts are not spending wild representatives of the peoples of the Caucasus and the Middle East, but the specialists of the highest military-technical level, see "terrorist acts in Russia for 10 years" And read the books of Gracheva T.V.

How our country gradually surrenders strategic bridgeheads, hidden in the middle of the material under the headingAnalytic note .

Currently, we are already on the border between the first and second stages of an undeclared war. If we do not want, in our country, there is a bloody mash in our country, which is described in the books of Berkem Al atoms "Marauder", "Puncher", "Other Ural" , you need to act now before the onset of frosts. This is real!

First, it is necessary to draw the attention of the people to the situation in the country and in the world and help him find necessary information to the Internet.

Secondly, it is necessary to unite at all levels. The separation of the warring groups undermines the already weak forces of conscious citizens of Russia.

Political parties, if you are really not indifferent to the fate of Russia, reunite, find a common language and act on the uniform practical projects of the publication of the people from the intravenous crisis.

Representatives of various religious teachings! Religions no longer need TDS, they have a SMO. Now the WEM will burst you among themselves. God is alone, although the path to him is different, and you need to go together in one direction. We also have one land and we need to survive on it, retaining their freedom of will and consciousness. Combine and act together.

Conscious citizens of Russia! Combine into informal groups, enlighten yourself and inform the population. Create voluntary national teams on the protection of strategic objects, maintain order in the city and first aid for catastrophes. The government has no one to rely on the people, become such a support.

Not a completely ordinary situation with the weather this year was noticed, apparently, everything. Recall that in July 2010, the World Government, under the total control of which the United States applied against, European and many other countries, a meteorological weapon, which in some places caused an abnormal heat, and in others - cold and floods ...

The cause of heat, according to the weather forecasters of the Hydrometeorological Center, was an abnormal "blocking" anticyclone, which holds over the territory of Central Russia for more than a month. It is more than strange, since usually similar anticyclones hold no more couples weeks, and then crowded with cold air fronts. Studying anomaly, meteorologists recorded a very high pressure in the middle troposphere at the heights of 5 km, there the atmosphere of the weather is not only at the bottom, and also thicker. The situation is completely dicker: the entire multi-kilometer pillar is very warm. There was no blocking anticyclone of such duration and intensity in our territories in the entire history of instrumental observations. There is no unequivocal answer about the reasons for the appearance of anomalies in meteorologists (http://www.expert.ru/articles/2010/08/02/august?esr\u003d4).

But the fact that, by virtue of his level of competence, could not understand meteorologists, was able to explain Academician Nikolai Viktorovich Levashov. Unprecedented heat was created using powerful ground radiating antennas, which synchronously passed the microwave signal to orbital satellites located on the geostationary orbit of our planet. They took and re-emit the signal back to the ground, creating in upper layers Atmospheric ion lens.

As a result of these actions, the ozone layer "opened", and hard cosmic radiation, falling on the ground, was the cause of "". Also, geological weapons were applied against us, "Academician N. Levashov explained on the radio station" Russian News Service ".

Rouen correspondents decided to inform their readers about this.

Information on the principles of work of meteorological weapons appeared at the World Government for a long time, but the technical level of development of our civilization for a long time did not allow to implement these knowledge in a prototype. Time to apply the theory in practice came in the mid-80s of the last century, in the framework of the Strategic Defense Initiative Program (soy), more well known as the program ". In 1986, the management of promising scientific research And the development of the US MO has adopted a number of programs aimed at developing combat equipment with electromagnetic radiation sources. Officially in 1990, a military complex began to be built near Anchorage (Alaska). It was built long enough, which suggests that the work was completed much earlier than the official period of delivery of the object.

Today, the complex is a group of antennas, radar of non-coherent radiation from the antenna twenty-meter diameter, laser locators, magnetometers, computers for processing signals and control antenna field. The entire complex has a powerful gas power plant and six diesel generators. The laboratory of Philips, located on the basis of the US Air Force in Cartlend, New Mexico, is engaged in deploying the complex and research on it. She is subordinated to the laboratories of astrophysics, geophysics and means of defeating the center of space technologies of the US Air Force ( Additional information For this system, see the article "Pathological Mitigation") ...

The fact that Russian meteorologists know nothing about these studies and effects of the use of meteorological weapons, in general, normally. But about this well known scientist defense funds and our military experts. For example, a former military synoptic, the captain of the second rank retired Nikolai Karavaev Speaks about the use of meteorological weapons against Russia in 2010:

"Anticyclonal impact (when the atmosphere is cleaned from cloud cover, and a breakthrough of heated air from adjacent regions is provoked to the exposure zone) leads not only to demoralization of the population and troops, loss of crop, but also to purely applied military issues: in heated air the range of winged flight increases Rockets, increase damage from applying aviation and missile strikes, etc. » (http://svpressa.ru/society/article/28154/)

Military Observer, former spokesman for the Minister of Defense of Russia Viktor Nikolaevich Baratan:

"Schaarp is associated with a series technogenic disasters and strange climatic phenomena noted in last years in Europe, and America. Italians cannot understand where in 2002 he was taken by Typhoon's country, which (according to forecasts of weather forecasters) and could not be ... " ("Komsomolskaya Pravda", Moscow, № 28, 12.02.2004).

Vladimir Ashuganov, Major General, Doctor technical Sciences, Head of the Department of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation:

"I have such an impression that some authoritative scientists of Russia detain the true meaning of the Khaarp and even call it fantastic amateurs. So listen. When heavy duty locators appeared in the world (including c) in the world, it turned out that they were able to "warm up" the ionosphere on certain areas. We managed to establish the direct connection of these heated with magnetic Buryami and other phenomena (a lot of them). Americans also did not sleep. And when we, and they understood what opportunities are opened here (I also mean defense aspects), then the boom began ... He still continues ... " (KP http://kp.ru/daily/23215/26591/).

And finally, September 11, 2002 in State Duma of the Russian Federation The draft resolution was listened (agenda item 10) "On the appeal of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly Russian Federation "To the President of the Russian Federation V.V. Putin on the potential hazard for humanity to continue large-scale experiments on a targeted and powerful impact on the near-earth medium of high frequency radio waves ". Reported Deputy Astrakhankina Tatyana Aleksandrovna, We serve only a small quote from the official performance to show the seriousness of the issue and level of experts:

"I emphasize and remind once again: Speech by Ivanova (Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation 2001-2007, Colonel-General) is unnecessary proof that we must adopt a weighted and thoughtful decision on this new type of weapons. Dear colleagues, I ask you to take these appeals to be adopted by the necessary international long-term solutions, which is extremely important in connection with the US exit from the contract. Leading experts on this issue are invited today: Kunitsyn Vyacheslav Evgenievich, Professor, Head of the Department of Physics atmosphere, Puranunov Yuri Mitrofanovich, General Designer of the Central Research Institute of Radio Reference, Plaksin Alexander Aleksandrovich, Member of the Defense Conduction Section of the Ministry of Defense at the Presidium of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Colonel of the General Staff . And if there is a need, and I, and they will give additional clarifications on the topic defined above. Please, colleagues, very seriously refer to this problem ... "

It is characteristic that then the ruling could not be taken, he was transferred from day to day and retained until the end of the spring session. As a result, the appeal to the president and the international community was still sent, but on behalf of 90 deputies who put signatures. Military experts and scientists wrote a closed appeal to the President - based on the Council of Soviet. Unfortunately, the necessary public resonance was then failed to achieve, but it became clear who in the State Duma 1999-2003 convocating to the World Government.

The trouble, about which they knew in advance, but did not do anything, came to Russia in June 2010. The first reported on her and began to take measures to counter. June 24, at a meeting with readers of his books, he reported that they were attacked by us, and about those responsive acts that he took. In particular, revealing the plans of the World Government, Nikolai Viktorovich noted that the heat should have destroyed the entire harvest of wheat and other grain crops in Russia and Europe. The reserves of last year's wheat in winter would quickly end up, and in the spring of the governments of different countries would not have a different way out, how to buy gennometric wheat in. It must be borne in mind that the seeds of the GM-Wheat are sterile, it cannot be obtained with more than one harvest. Thus, the "global government" tried to "kill two hares": to ensure the stable demand for all new GM-seed buses (they would satisfy all countries of Eurasia for a grain "needle"), and on the other hand - would ensure the rapid extinction of our peoples, since GMO use is guaranteed to infertility (see Material).

Now we can say that in Europe and partly Russia these plans failed, the crop could not destroy, according to forecasts in Russia, it will be in the region of 60 million tons of grain. Plus, significant reserves will be stored in warehouses since last year. Taking into account the fact that on August 5, the Chairman of the Government, Vladimir Putin, announced a ban on the export of grain, these stocks should be enough for our country to next year.

All that was not died ... burn!

After time, it becomes a clear second stage of the plan for the attack on Russia in 2010. Artificially creating an unprecedented continuous heat, our opponents have created ideal conditions for the emergence of fires. They decided to burn everything that was not able to destroy drought. Since mid-June, the situation C, many settlements got into a ring of fire and according to the EMERCOM of Russia on August 7, there were more than 3.5 thousand people in Russia, and 1940 houses burned down in the 12 most affected fires.

The capital clouded smoke from fires in the suburbs. Official bodies in order to avoid panic, hide the real causes of fires, writing off everything for careless handling of fire. But through the Internet begins to come about what is actually happening. Logs - Here is the cause of more fires of July-August 2010. Not only forests and fields are burning with a harvest that are not yet collected, but also important strategic objects. July 29, as a result of a fire near the city of Kolomna, the Aviation and Technical Base of the Navy of the Russian Federation burned down. 200 units of aircraft with a total cost of 20 billion rubles were destroyed.

On the same day, in the same area there was a fire on the central database of storing airborne airborne equipment. On August 8, the workshop of the Design Bureau (CBM, G.), which developed the Iskander missile complex, which surpasses its foreign analogues in all characteristics. In the same KB, the needle was also developed - a super-modern high-precision means of fighting the opponent Air Force in the near distances. And a few days earlier, the riding fire almost did not burn the military unit of the warning center for a missile attack. It can be seen that the goals for arson were chosen carefully, and if the center had burned down, the country would suffer a multi-billion dollar damage, and the opposite safety of the capital would be undermined.

Fires are burning throughout Russia, but we do not see the whole picture of losses. Unlike us, possessing a complete picture of the events, the president reacted to the burnt base Navy uncharacterically hard for his liberal style of guidance. He fired the head of the rear of the Navy Sergey Sergeyev, the head of the Nikolai Kuklis Nikolai Nikolai Nikolai, his deputy SERGEY RATE, VRIO MOGY OF NAGER AVIATION ON THE REDY OF SERGEY MANAKOV and Viktor Bironta - Head of the base where a fire occurred. The Commander-in-law of the Russian Federation Vladimir Vysotsky was made a warning of incomplete service compliance. Not once, the fire approached critical infrastructure facilities - nuclear power plants in Sarov and. Only the courage and the heroism of our firefighters allowed them to save them from the fire.

And on the night of August 4, a fire occurred at the Moscow oil refining plant in Kapotna. The pump caught fire with one of the distillation plants. The fire was assigned the second number of complexity. The supply of fuel in the pump has stopped, and the oil remained in it quite quickly burned out. It is also reported that the height of the flame reached two meters. Because of the fire, the work of the enterprise was suspended (http://www.gudok.ru/sociaty/proishestvia/news.php?id\u003d358482). If the fire got to the tanks with flammable, then in the metropolis, in the literal sense of the word, would have happened very serious ecological catastrophy. Even if the fire from the oil refining plant and did not spread to nearby neighborhoods, then smoke from burning fuel would be mixed with smoke from the burning near Moscow peatlands and forests.

Recall that at that moment the maximum permissible concentration of carbon monoxide in the air was already exceeded 4-5 times! If the plant was exploded in Kapotny, then from poisoning combustion products millions of the city would have died. And this is no longer a joke, the authorities hide information about arson to avoid panic, but in fact, the remuneration about the arsonists declared the heads of administrations of the Moscow and Bryansk regions ...

It so happened that this article was adding to the anniversary of the five-day war of Georgia against South Ossetia 08.08.2008. Then, equipped with weapons and the American-Israeli instructors, the troops of Georgia attacked the peaceful population of Tskhinvala. Already later, during the investigative events, it was possible to establish that Georgians - one of many semitic peoples - did not just like to capture the city, they wanted to kill all the Ossetians. They planned genocide. intervened and did not allow the plans of the "World Government" then. We did not forget the enemies of this victory. Today against Russia, against us with you, is underway an undeclared war. We are already human losses, and they are much more significant than this is stated in official sources.

We are not going to spare, they want to destroy us all. Let some die earlier, and some later, but the sentence of Slavs was brought by the "global government" for a long time. And this sentence is death.
