Our faculty has already identified procedures related to public discussion of existing educational programs. Our task is to develop completely new programs that would initially take into account the opinions of employers regarding those competencies that our graduates should have. That is, now we have a unique opportunity to create such programs that would really respond to the interests and universities, and end users of our educational product - employers. Already this year, if everything succeed, we plan to introduce new profiles towards the bachelor training "Economics": "Corporate (financial) analysis", "Corporate Planning and Buding", "Corporate Tax Consulting" and, possibly, other related to financial sphere.

In the nearest plans for the formation of the new faculty - the solution of personnel problems, given the possibility of attracting employees of various companies of the city as teachers. In general, the specificity of our faculty is a clearly pronounced practical fusion. I would even say that this is our main unifying principle. We have always used the potential of teachers with experience in business. But if earlier it could be considered as a kind of wish, now practical fusion has become the most important aspect of the competitiveness of the university. And even in federal state educational standards, the need to attract teachers practitioners to the implementation of educational programs was recorded. Now new opportunities appear to solve this task. For example, the creation of basic departments. We already have a department from VTB24 Bank, but we are planning the formation and other basic departments. Restructuring is a necessary stage designed to lay the foundation for the further development of the NSUEU. Restructuring involves evolutionary development, which should be based on the best that we already have.

It seems an exaggeration to talk about the formation of the new faculty - in one degree or another its basis already exists. It is the departments and their employees, from which the effective functioning of any educational institution depends. Now we are faced with the task more clearly determine the activities of the teaching staff, ensuring the continuity of new and previous faculties. Also, in my opinion, it is necessary to ensure the interaction of new faculties among themselves in the field of creating laboratories and centers, which will operate experts from various branches of knowledge, which will allow for a comprehensive analysis of the problems declared potential customers.

I also want to note the importance of student research work. The faculty should act scientific circles, within which they will be considered, including the work of our teachers, so that the guys can discuss emerging issues directly with the authors.
